Lee’s Summit Social Services executive director Matt Sanning dropped by the studio on Tuesday to say. We wound up talking about volunteerism and community involvement. So, naturally, we hit record so we could share the conversation.

Meet Kim Fritchie, Mark Leetch and Dr. Matt Niewald, candidates for the LSR7 Board of Education. This is the second of three panel conversations with candidates for the LS R-7 Board of Education. To create an opportunity for better conversation, the nine candidates for the three open seats were divided into smaller groups. The final BOE panel will post March 20.

Nick and Jason talk about City commissions and the volunteer opportunities they provide residents of LS before Downtown Main Street's Julie Cook comes into the studio to talk about the upcoming Emerald Isle Parade. For Julie, a self-proclaimed member of #teamtaco, this is her sixth guest appearance on the show which is a Town Hall record.
