Learning the Law
Don’t pick the language; get into the essence. I repeat it so many times in the classroom that it has now acquired a rhythmic tone… a song… and this is the idea that has moved me to upload these diatribes. Calling them lectures sounds too pretentious to me. As I said, take topics beyond language and look at certain aspects of Constitutional Law more conceptually. In these podcasts, I will not be citing hundreds of judgments or literally reading the bare provisions, but will take one leading case—one landmark judgment—and dive deeply into it. Each substantive episode will end with a question
