Vincent and Chloe made a video. John made comfort food. Quinno made a mistake. He brought Slivovitz.

Vincent had an existential culinary moment in Hawaii. John had the best sushi of his life in Miami. Quinno had a cookie in his kitchen. Vincent wins.

On this week's show we learned a little bit about cooking with kids, a little bit about French whisky, and way too much about Corn Flakes. You've been warned.

The three wise men of Le Grand Fromage dispensed some excellent advice this week. A) Once in a while, a good chocolate croissant doesn't hurt. B) Get a chest freezer big enough to hold a dead body. And C) Let's put some respect back onto the noble sausage. Words to live by.

In the first show for 2022 we learned that lamb and duck are Vincent's two favorite meats...heavy cream is the secret to lobster scrambled eggs...and the difference between a stout and a porter is that you don't tip the stout. Solid start to the year, really.

Vincent's ideal romantic dinner involves flowers, pink bubbly, smoked salmon, lobster, small chocolates, and a large credit card bill. He's French, you know.

Vincent sometimes likes to eat lunch alone. John has no interest in hunting. And Quinno's Reuben lacked structural integrity. Hopefully, none of these things will stop you enjoying a safe and happy holiday season.

Vincent revealed what he'd like his last meal to be. Quinno revealed that he used to have pork crackling at Christmas. And John revealed that St. Brendan discovered America. Quite a revelation!

Kitchens should be calmer. Calamari should be cheaper. Irish Coffee should be made properly. Most importantly, this show is dedicated to the memory of Vincent's friend, chef Jack Riebel. May he rest in peace.

John doesn't like dense and dry unless it's humor. Quinno got his podcasts mixed up. And Vincent said 'I suffer, therefore I am.' Must be a French thing

Things we learned this week: All-Purpose flour doesn't fulfill all purposes. Sometimes it's best not to know how the sausage is made. And John is a sauté pan short of a full set. Take that any way you want.

The Quote of the Week nominees are: I'm not tasting fresh sawn oak...Who doesn't love a fresh, zippy lemon squirt...Don't brush anything with mayonnaise. And the winner is....

Vincent had fun making soufflé with his daughter. John had fun drinking beer with his brothers. Quinno had fun reading tasting notes with no one in particular. You can draw your own conclusions. Good show, though.

Things we learned this week: If there are no crumbs, it wasn't flaky. Croque Monsieur is a ham & cheese sandwich for the Irish. And the most common roux in Australia is Kanga-roux. Sorry, that was uncalled for.

Quinno thought Costco was one of the Greek Islands. John made truly superb sausage rolls. Vincent took Escargots to North Dakota. It would've taken them too long on their own.

After 52 weeks, the boys have figured it out. Vincent's the chef, John's the everyman, and Quinno drives the bus. How on earth did that take a year?

The boys took the show on the road and divulged their innermost secrets. Vincent is an advocate for Sous Vide. John has no time for American commercial chocolate. Quinno doesn't want to eat crickets. Revealing stuff.

John's not a fan of frosting. Quinno's not a fan of pretentious tasting notes. Vincent's not a fan of the meat industry. He made that abundantly clear.

Vincent is all about flavor pairings. John likes fruit in the morning. Quinno is classically handsome. One of these things is not true.

Vincent thinks braising is a lifestyle. John is part of the Twin Cities glitterati. Quinno doesn't care for Sloe Gin. Wait...the Twin Cities has glitterati?

We learn a little bit more about the boys each week. Vincent is a dark meat guy. John's dream kitchen is in his parents' house. And Quinno is there to drive the bus. Well, someone has to

This was a a very revealing show. Vincent thinks soup is underrated. Breakfast is John's favorite meal of the day. And Quinno doesn't like cloudy beer. Now you know!

John had bad Butter Chicken. Quinno invented the Bloomin' Onion. And Vincent believes cheese on tuna is wrong. He's Le Grand Fromage, he should know.

Vincent smoked some brisket. John used to be known as The Pot Man. And Quinno told a whipped cream story. Something for everyone, really.

Vincent's back from France. John's headed to Ireland. Quinno's been/going nowhere. And there was a big argument about butter. Nobody won.
