Sat down with one of the rising stars in the PLL,  Philadelphia Waterdogs midfielder, Kyle Lewis. Kyle won two national championships at Adelphi, worked his way to the professional ranks, and has been making big plays for the Waterdogs.

Today we have a 2026 National Champion in the Locker Room. I sat down with Princeton midfielder, Jake Vana. He is coming off an awesome season for one of the best teams in the country. We talk about winning it all, what it's like playing at Princeton, and some of his best lacrosse memories along the way.

I got to sit down with Coach Evan Hockel, head coach of Archbishop Spalding and one of the top coaches in high school lacrosse. We talk about his journey, what it takes to build a winning culture, and his advice for young players.
