En esta entrevista el Hno. Pedro, del Distrito Arlep, comparte algunos puntos de vista sobre la Asociación lasaliana en el contexto actual y en el marco de la celebración del Tricentenario de la Bula de Aprobación del Instituto.

Brother Ernest Miller shares his experience accompanying 150 members of CENTERS in Rome, where they had the opportunity to dialogue with delegates of the Synod and enrich the mission of the Church.

Br. Jack Curran reflects on the intense conflict that has been raging for over a year in the Holy Land, where the Bethelehem University is the only Catholic University: “The University is with the people in solidarity for justice and human rights and human dignity for all, for all people in the Holy Land”.

Inspirados en el testimonio de San Juan Bautista de La Salle, la comunidad de Hermanos que dirigen la Universidad de Belén decidieron quedarse y “permanecer juntos”, a pesar de la situación de guerra y violencia que padecen en Tierra Santa, con la certeza de que “la unidad” es la respuesta a la incertidumbre y a la adversidad.

« Saison sèche -   Ils sont nouveaux chaque matin » . Parfois, nos pensées, nos réalités ou nos sentiments nous poussent à remettre à plus tard nos objectifs. Nous sommes humains, nous sommes fragiles. Reconnaître cela et accepter l'aide et la volonté de Dieu nous apporte la paix, la tranquillité et la force de continuer notre chemin. 

La estación seca “se renuevan cada mañana”. En ocasiones nuestros pensamientos, realidades o sentimientos nos llevan a postergar nuestros objetivos o metas. Somos humanos, somos frágiles. Reconocerlo y aceptar la ayuda y la voluntad de Dios nos da paz, la tranquilidad y fuerzas para continuar el camino.

Dry Season, "renewed Every Morning". Sometimes, our thoughts, realities, or feelings lead us to postpone our goals. We are human, we are fragile. Recognizing this and accepting God's help and will gives us peace, tranquility, and the strength to continue on our journey.

Eux/Nous "Vérité, amour et lignes floues" . Il y a des jeunes qui se posent beaucoup de questions sur leur identité. Cela fait aussi partie des fragilités. Souvent, nous rencontrons des personnes qui ont besoin d'être écoutées et accompagnées dans leurs réalités existentielles et leurs interrogations. 

Them/Us “Truth, love and blurred lines” . There are young people who have many questions about their identity. It is also part of the fragilities. Often, we meet people who need to be listened to and accompanied from their existential realities and questions. 

Ellos / nosotros “Verdad, amor y líneas difuminadas”. Hay jóvenes que tienen muchas preguntas sobre su identidad. También hace parte de las fragilidades. Con frecuencia nos encontramos con personas que necesitan ser escuchadas y acompañadas desde sus realidades y preguntas existenciales. 

Kiotsuke - Pleinement engagé, ferme, déterminé. Accepter notre fragilité nous aide à sortir de nos zones de confort, de nos espaces d'action habituels. Cela peut nous aider à mieux nous connecter avec les nouvelles générations pour apporter la 'Bonne Nouvelle' et nous engager ensemble dans la mission. 

Kiotsuke – Comprometido por entero, firme, decidido. Aceptar nuestra fragilidad nos ayuda a salir de nuestras zonas de confort, de nuestros espacios habituales de actuación. Puede ayudarnos a conectar de un mejor modo con las nuevas generaciones para llevar la ‘Buena nueva’ y comprometernos juntos en la misión.

War and peace: “fifteen decades of Lasallian presence. A visit to the Holy Land, a Palestinian University student and an Israeli reservist remind us of the pain of war, but also of the commitment to continue to respond, as Lasallians, to the deep desires of so many peoples of diverse cultures and religious beliefs seeking peace and the construction of a more fraternal, just and inclusive world. 

Rouge à lèvres " Dignité et rétablissement par la beauté ". Une directrice d'école effectue une inspection après la dévastation causée par le super typhon Yolanda aux Philippines. Cherchant à rétablir rapidement la normalité dans la vie des enfants de son école, elle inspire une façon inhabituelle de faire face à cette catastrophe. 

El Pintalabios Rojo “Dignidad y recuperación a través de la belleza”. Una directora de escuela realiza una inspección después de la devastación causada por el supertifón Yolanda en Filipinas. Buscando restablecer rápidamente la normalidad en la vida de los niños de su escuela, inspira una manera poco usual de hacer frente a esta catástrofe. 

Red Lipstick " Dignity and recovery in beauty ". A school principal conducts an inspection after the devastation caused by super typhoon Haiyan in the Philippines. Seeking to quickly restore normality to the lives of the children in her school, she inspires an unusual way of coping with this disaster.
