lactose intole·rant

Society EN ↓ 85 episodes

As the lactose intolerant owner of a cat named Milktea, there are many things I wish to share with my late cat, whom I adopted into my life but sadly couldn't stay as long as I wished. Though he now rests somewhere above the cloud, I hope he is witty enough to find this podcast (since he's already in the cloud, I mean, easy access right?) and listen to the rants I would have told him in person. Wish you were here to witness my growth, but for now, a podcast will do. New episode every week-ish.

what is my personality type now? 02.11.2020

Perhaps the best way to gauge growth is to compare yourself against yourself, like that Spiderman vs. Spiderman vs. Spiderman meme. All jokes aside, I was pleasantly surprised at how the results came out. Join me as I take another MBTI personality test to understand my true colors.

places I've been to in the last decade 17.10.2020

A decade may sound like a long time, but time always has its way of sneaking pass us especially when we are busy accommodating to the ever changing world. Every year I would make a travel vlog on my YouTube channel, but this year we are all stuck inside for the sake of our loved ones. Allow me to take you on an audio-vlog down my memory lane as I recall some of the places I've been in the last dec...

30 questions to ask yourself when you feel lost 12.10.2020

Life is a full circle. Upon moments of self discovery, we also encounter moments when we feel lost. As a natural process of finding out what we want, we converse with our inner-selves to figure out who we were, who we are, and who we can be. Here are 30 questions from @theyalechen that I went through to reflect on myself.

my unfortunate pet history 02.10.2020

Is it horrendous to revisit old memories? Absolutely. But it can become a lesson if there is something to learn from your past experiences. Whether it's a small animal or a larger pal, pet ownership comes with a lot of responsibilities, laughters, and heartbreaks. Let me be the counter example you need before deciding to commit as a pet owner.

the glow up: routines, minimalism, and confidence 26.09.2020

I realized that I went off script, but that's life. Today's episode revolves around my outlook on how to achieve the glow up we desperately need in a desperate year. Though it's not one-size-fits-all, I hope my story resonates with you in one way or another.

milktea's legacy 12.09.2020

From love to loss, this is the story about my cat, Milktea. (I forgot to clarify in the podcast when I mentioned that Milktea needed a transplant, I meant to say he needed to insert a tube that will help with his conditions and give him more time but not enough to recover his health.)

introduction 12.09.2020

Why podcast? What's with the name? It will only take me exactly 1 minute to tell you everything.
