As the lactose intolerant owner of a cat named Milktea, there are many things I wish to share with my late cat, whom I adopted into my life but sadly couldn't stay as long as I wished. Though he now rests somewhere above the cloud, I hope he is witty enough to find this podcast (since he's already in the cloud, I mean, easy access right?) and listen to the rants I would have told him in person. Wish you were here to witness my growth, but for now, a podcast will do. New episode every week-ish.

i disappeared for 4 months but here are my wins and loses 18.08.2024

It has been 4 months. 4 months of non-stop rollercoaster. Behold, my chaotic, scatter-brained recap of my time away from the poddie.

crying on the phone, health check...all during my supposed reset week 28.04.2024

I'm learning to appreciate normalcy but life keeps throwing curve balls at me as if I've trained with the Dodgers before. Welp, off we went.

suwon, all-stars, and confessions at dunkin's 21.04.2024

I have spent so much energy this week I feel like those dehydrated bodies from "3 body problem" on Netflix. No that was not a plug, I wish I was sponsored or compensated by how many times I've mentioned that show but yes- chaos, confessions, and all-star sports day ensues.

birthday trip back to motherland & revisiting childhood memories (ft. Murphy's law at its finest) 14.04.2024

Let me just summarize trip by saying, anything that could have gone wrong, went so damn wrong. The rest is history- documented in this nearly 2-hour podcast. Start that crockpot ladies and gents, we bout to braise in my bruises.

late recap: trip to hk, new job, mental breakdown, auditions & binging the "3 body problem." 30.03.2024

Oh, you are in for a treat. I'll be spring-cleaning my thoughts from when we left off last year: a last-minute trip to Hong Kong, starting a new job, finally having my first mental breakdown this year (since the past 2 years), receiving an audiobook audition, and my latest obsession on Netflix - the 3 body problem. The end of 2024 was literally a crazy mess.

finding my strengths & uncovering my weaknesses (ft. the oddest test I've ever taken) 24.03.2024

I finally succumbed to the idea that I wanted to "x-ray" my overthinking brain so I could better understand myself and stop spiraling in my head. So, there was this comprehensive test and- the good news is, I learned a whole lot more than I had anticipated; the bad? welp, I'm not sure if it helped my brain or added another layer right on top. Fair warning, you're about to dive DE...

pluto, finishing my new series, last week at my job, and trip to Hong Kong (feat. sicky me) 26.11.2023

I apologize in advance for the amount of sneezes you'll hear in this podcast. She's just a sick girly trying to follow through with her plans. Here is the podcast finally bridging the last time we spoke, until the reason why I'm sick and sounding like Donald Duck for 40ish minutes straight. From discovering my GOAT anime to the last week working at my current job- you are in for a ride...

finding a creative community, called out for inaction & starting another short form series 22.10.2023

Only 70 days left before the year wraps up, and life is still living it up. I've had the most unexpected week: from munching on tortillas straight from the bag to APCC's second work review, and even planning for the next short-form series. It's been quite the experience. Join me as I unravel the chaos in my mind and share the visualization of my thought process before my memory fades a...

attending my 3rd tennis tournament, new haircut, uni's bday & a walk in seoul forest 15.10.2023

It's the most wonderful time of the year (no it's not December)!! Autumn is finally here, so it's about time for my crispy over-dyed hair to "leave" as well. I finally decided to adult and booked my annual haircut appointment before taking on another set of weekend shenanigans that involved my absolute favorite sport and my favorite gato. Sit back and enjoy as I recount my we...

joining a twitch class and feeling painfully amateur (feat. weekend shenanigans) 08.10.2023

There is a famous saying that goes something like this: 'If you are the biggest fish in the pond, then you're in the wrong pond.' I definitely felt like I was in the wrong pond, and I certainly wasn't the biggest fish. Intimidation aside, I believe I stumbled upon one of the best communities through APCC. Join me as I recount my experience in a Twitch class and share a few of my we...

discovering the upper limit theory & chuseok vacay rundown 01.10.2023

You know that feeling when the universe hands you the answer you're searching for? It's a different kind of fulfillment, and I achieved it thanks to the big "A" - YouTube Algorithm. Call it timing, call it machine learning, but even AI knows I'm desperately searching for an answer regarding my self-sabotaging behavior. Allow me to give you a crash course on what the heck is t...

job offer, repairing cassette player, $2,000 health insurance debt 20.09.2023

A chaotic week in review – that's the most fitting description for this podcast and the past seven days. I've ridden the emotional roller coaster, from the fear of unemployment to the unexpected challenge of repairing my first cassette player. And, let's not forget the latest addition to the chaos – a staggering estimated $2,000 health insurance bill that arrived today. I think it's safe to say I...

work visa panic, saturday at seongsu & getting lost on metro (twice in one night) 10.09.2023

Thanks to Jungkook, I now have a new anthem to vibe to when reminiscing about the absolute mental breakdown I had – 7 days this week. I'll save the rest for the pod, so get ready for a ✨ rant ✨ while I try my best to add punctuations in between so I don't sound like an underground rapper

starting my last term, future plans, and breaking bad habits 03.09.2023

Jokes on you if you thought I wouldn't bounce back this week- technically you were close, but here we are. I just finished the first week of my last term at my current company, but what's next? Honestly, I am not so sure- hopefully, you can give me your two cents by the end of this podcast. Oh yes, I roasted myself towards the end by exposing a bad habit of mine. All aboard the Struggle Ex...

I disappeared for a month and a half to complete a 50-day challenge (yes I will answer your WH questions) 26.08.2023

Sorry for going "gone girl" on you for a hot minute, but I'm ready to spill all the deets about my absence. Hint, I may or may not be breaking down the latest project I just completed on Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube. It's good to be back, let's catch up! *stay until the end to answer the question below

glamping, omakase, mamamoo encore concert, why I sound like ursula & I'm stuck in a creative block 25.06.2023

It's been a long time, but we are back (back) with a fully functioning mic again. From my first glamping experience in May to fully breaking down and losing my voice in June, life has been serving me a three course meal full of unexpected struggles. We bout to get real intimate with my creative thoughts & insecurities too. Allow me to accompany you on your drive back home or a casual walk in the h...

getting super sick from yellow dust pollution, reuniting with childhood best friend, adding new vinyls to my collection & running into sik-k 13.05.2023

Health is wealth. If you didn't believe in this saying, I'm here with an hour-long podcast to prove why it is so. While I paid a hefty price to learn a lesson, there were some highlights to my weeks of suffering- the holy trinity's (Phoebe Bridgers, The Internet, and Chet Baker) voice from my record player, dank beef noodle soup, and running into Sik-K outside of a random cafe in Itaew...

everything you've missed up until my birthday weekend 09.04.2023

Another month, another set of goals to crush and old ones to address. Luckily, I was able to check off some and gather a few more along the way. This is my desperate attempt to fill you in before my bedtime strikes. So here goes, everything on my calendar since the last pod. Oh! I'm also a year older, hoping I've become a tad bit wiser too.

succumbing to lifestyle inflations & making small improvements on my past goals (feat. my neighbor's dog wailing in the back) 21.03.2023

The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best is now. While I'm not in the market for a new tree, I am itching to right the wrong financial decisions I've made since 2023 began. Allow me to walk you through my "shameful" purchase history & desires as an effort to reshape my spending habit, plus a few small wins since the last pod.

losing my habits, social media fomo, my relationship with food, plus other small victories this week. 05.03.2023

The way I'm finally on track with my uploads? My youtube channel could never. All roasts aside, I am seeking clarification on some things I've struggled with lately. From small habits to the bigger picture, I felt like a deer in a headlight stumbling on Interstate-35 filled with semis honking at me. So, forgive me if I ramble on incoherently while I try to dump everything onto an hour's worth of y...

january recap (DPR concert, Korean Burger King, Warrior Nun, and finding what I want to do in life) 05.02.2023

Attending a concert is an unforgettable experience that creates a sense of community and connection among attendees. The energy, emotion, and memories will last a lifetime, no matter the genre or artist. Well less than 24 hours ago, I was at the final stop of DPR’s world tour and I got the chance to experience one of the greatest concert i have ever been to. Take a mindless break with me as I ramb...

homecoming trip recap (san antonio, austin, houston...) and uni said hi 14.01.2023

after three weeks of slaving away at work, I'm still not quite down with my winter camp schedule but I decided to just sit down and revisit everything I've done during my first trip back home since I moved to South Korea. It's really long, but I promise it will be worth your time when you hear uni give us her two cents at the end.

chaotic sibling energy pt 2 - finding out our personality types & love languages 12.12.2022

Week 2 of being near each other means our frequencies have inevitably synced again. I forgot how the topic was brought up, but we've finally decided to revisit our MBTI and discover what is our love languages. Spoiler's alert, there're a lot of mispronunciations & even more headassery ahead. Oh, you might want to lower your volume just a tad bit so our hyena moments do not bust your eardrums*&...

bothering my besto friendo as she walks her dog & come get dank tacos with us 05.12.2022

If you have been keeping up with my podcast- I am currently back in the US, spending a month away before I have to fly back to Korea on Christmas Eve. I decided to spend 3 days with my close friend this weekend to bother her with my love because we've been apart for 2 whole years. Here's a casual Q&A between us while she walked her dog and eventually, we accidentally took you to a taqueria with us...
