Color Me Human’s 4th annual local Juneteenth celebration is this Saturday, June 29th at the Condon Park Pavilion from Noon to 3:00 pm. KVMR News Director Cláudio Mendonça talked with Callum Hancock, Kristine Alcamo, and Jai Hanes, some of the event's organizers.

Is anyone even keeping track? She set out to ask, what she thought, were simple questions and find answers, but it turned out to be much more difficult than she had anticipated. 

A newly formed group called Nevada County Queer Events has organized a Pride Celebration in Nevada City. KVMR News spoke to Robert Rushin, one of the organizers, to learn more.

This summer scientists with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board’s Surface Water Ambient Monitoring Program ( SWAMP ) will take samples from Wolf Creek. They're looking for E. coli.
