AG: 'St. Joseph's Putting Women in Harm's Way' 12.08.2025

St. Joseph’s Hospital has filed a motion with the California Superior Court asking to be released from a prior agreement where the hospital guaranteed that pregnant women would be able to access life-saving emergency abortion care.
