Sept. 30th, 2025, Reporter Jason Thao follows the FAFSA, capturing student opinions and reiterating the importance of completing the FAFSA before its application opens for October.

Sept 22-27 At MSU, homecoming is always an event to look forward to, featuring activities such as the kickoff, royalty selection, and more. Jason Thao reports more on said events. 

Sept. 15th, 2025 - Hmong Student Association, otherwise known as HSA, along with other students at MSU, dedicated their time to cleaning up Highway N Victory Drive here at Mankato. Reporter Jason Thao questions why they hold this event, as well as who this RSO is. 

Oct. 16, 2025 - Jason Thao reports on Socktober, a national movement to collect socks and underwear for people in need and local shelters in preparation for the colder months. 

Sept. 11, 2025 - The Maverick Innovation Gateway, Powered by Nidec, is Minnesota State University, Mankato’s newest interdisciplinary initiative designed to foster innovation, entrepreneurship, and hands-on learning. Mav-FM reporter, Jason Thao, visited the new facility and has this report.

In this episode, I go over some events being held on campus for students to combat their stress before finals week. There are also a few campus concerts left this weekend that would be a great way to support students here at MNSU. I also preview the schedule for this weekend's Maverick athletics.    

In this episode, I go over campus events where students can de-stress before finals week! There are also a few campus concerts occurring this week and weekend. I also mention the 2024 Student Leadership Retreat and how students can get involved if interested!  

In this episode, I go over campus events for the week, including two campus concerts and a couple of ways for students to de-stress as we approach finals week. Such as The Finals are a Drag show and the Rec Club is presenting recess day where students can play a bunch of fun games we played as kids!
