Jesus didn't come to offer us salvation as a gift he gives. Jesus came to offer himself; He IS Salvation! Just like the Rich Young Ruler came to Jesus hoping to get something from Jesus, as though Jesus had commodities like peace and salvation to offer. Jesus IS our peace & salvation. We pray all who approach Jesus see Him is the gift and not simply the gift giver.

After a brief 6 month break, we are continuing our discussion regarding salvation, and what we are saved to, not just what we are saved from.
