Join me as I voice to Postal Headquarters about the non-existence liberal leave, we as Postal Employees really have. I want to tell headquarters how difficult it is to get a change of schedule. If I tell Headquarters, they will send an E-Mail, if we tell them, they will send a committee of people.

Seem like Columbus Ohio Postal Maintenance is the only group of managers in the Columbus Postal System, that understands the difference between FMLA and SICK LEAVE!

You would think that after George Floyd the nation would at least take a break, from police violence toward the citizen of color…not even a little bit. We must stand together or against equality in this nation.

Did you know the Postal Service received an additional 10 billion dollars from the treasury department? On April 2,2021 they received 8 billion of the 10 billion. This money is separate from EFEL which is intended for all federal employees. I am extremely interested in knowing if we employees can access that money thru "COVID RELATED ISSUES "

We're waiting on a verdict from George Floyd's case but if you look at the news every day plicr officers are still murdering unarmed people of color this hasgot to stop and I don't know what we need to do to stop it but it needs to stop

To all postal employees worldwide, stop allowing postal management to make you believe we have postal standards’ . Dont get me wrong, good work ethic's are to be commended, but is that the job? Let the KHP give you a different perspective, and maybe we can find common ground for solidarity.

Only in the POSTAL SERVICE can management direct you to stay home if you are not feeling well, then turn around and give you corrective for following their instructions. Postal employees, Postal Headquarters has given us the right to be in a liberal leave environment, and we must demand that to be the case. I fear for people of color in America. It is just so sad, America thinks its mind is made up, but a true rainbow coalition is going to change that.

Postal  service has employee's going thru it, just to get approved for a PRESIDENTAL benefits. It’s just sad when you see a company blocking employee from federal benefits,when the comapny is not directly financial accountable,these are federal dollars.. If you are a federal employee, including the Postal Service, let me know how you’re getting approved for FEEL leave.

Yo Yo Yo on some get paid, like you want to. Mad respect to the APWU for doing what it is your supposed to do. Getting APWU members paid for Postal Violations and non-compliance post office has a bad habit of the same violations and accepting the same payout. I guess it must be cheaper for them to violate and just pay the cost per violation hour.

Oh yes we are

The Postal service claims their waiting on OPM to tell them what to do with this leave type. I say the president already told you what to do. Are all federal agencies waiting, or just the Postal Service? Somebody needs to remind OPM “WE ARE ESSENTIAL”
