The Kendall County Health Department, in partnership with VNA Health Care, will offer school and sports physicals on Thursday, Aug. 20, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. at 811 W John Street, Yorkville.

Activities will include a colonial American spinning wheel demonstration by Rebecca Tulloch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and cannon demonstrations by the Alexander Hamilton’s Company of Artillery from noon to 4 p.m.

Yorkville Christian hosts the sixth annual Hoops 4 Hunger Basketball Camp for youths in kindergarten through 12th grade.
