The apple does not fall far from the tree, is an idiom expressing similarity between a parent and the offspring. A good tree cannot bring about bad fruits so don't be carried away by their oratory or charisma. Focus on their character because by their fruit you shall know them.

We are not fasting to be blessed by God because we are blessed already as children of God. God has blessed us with all blessings that pertain to life and godliness so we are not fasting to twist the hands of God. we are going to look at some of the things that we are not expected to do while fasting.

When we fast, we should ensure to keep good personal hygiene. When fasting, add prayers, worship, spend time in Bible study and be generous to the needy and the poor in your midst. This is the kind of fast that is acceptable to God.

Prayer and Fasting is not a modern idea but rooted in ancient spiritual, religious, and even traditional culture. it is abstinence from all or some kinds of food or drink especially as a religious observance.

In the Kingdom, words are the currency we need to transact. To translate things from the celestial to the terrestrial we need words. And God said let there be and there was, and God saw that it was good, that was how the world was formed.

And thou shall love the Lord thy God with all thy strength, might and heart. Our love should not be premised on what we stand to get from God but based on who He is. He loves us unconditionally and so we should extend that unconditional love back to him.

Husbands ought to love their wives just as God loved the Church and gave his only son Jesus to redeem mankind back to him. The man is commanded to wash the wife with the word and water. He should work with her with understanding, ready to give his life for her. This in place, divorce rate will drop drastically.

The fragments of your broken, shattered and battered life when handed over to Jesus will become the fragrance that attracts many to God. Stop lamenting over what you have lost, the porter can fix it. God is the redeemer of wasted years.

Stop dwelling in the successes of yesterday, there are more grounds to conquer. Stop lamenting over the failures of yesterday, today is pregnant with possibility. So get up, dust up, and move on.

Hallelujah we made it into 2025 against all odds. We must keep hope alive.

You may not look it right now but give it time, you will be it eventually. Stay focused.

The process may be long or short depending on the products so be patient and wait until the process is done.
