Scrolling Through Growth 26.07.2025

Day 26 is all about reflection—specifically, those moments when you're scrolling through old Facebook memories or your Google Photos and you suddenly pause and say, “Wow… I did that.” In today’s episode, I take a walk down digital memory lane and talk about how those glimpses into the past remind me of how much I’ve grown. From proud achievements to quiet moments I didn’t realize meant so much...

The Boldness in Just Being 25.07.2025

In today’s episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I open up about one of my quietest — yet boldest — acts of bravery: starting this podcast. While I’ve shared other big moments like solo travel and big moves, this episode is about the subtle courage it takes to put your voice out there, be vulnerable, and claim space just as you are. We celebrate the small, everyday acts of bravery — like dancing in yo...

Steps, Setbacks, and Snack Breaks 24.07.2025

On today’s episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I’m celebrating the five things keeping me grounded, growing, and giggling lately: growth, healing, laughter, friends, and moving forward. It’s not always deep reflections and tearful journal entries—sometimes healing looks like solo dance parties in my living room, laughing mid-bite with friends, and honoring the messy, beautiful ride that is becoming....

Pass the Tacos and the Therapy 23.07.2025

In today’s episode, I take a moment to reflect on the quiet, steady kind of support that’s been holding me together—my circle. From family who reminds me who I am, to the friends who show up with a shared meal or a thoughtful drink, I’ve realized healing doesn’t always come from the loud breakthroughs, but in the small moments of being seen and loved. This episode is a thank you to those who pour...

Peace Begins with Fluffing the Pillow 22.07.2025

In today’s episode, I reflect on the quiet, powerful act of making my bed — and how it became the beginning of a more intentional, gentle morning routine. I share how slowing down in the mornings, even in small ways, has helped me reconnect with myself and create space for peace, instead of chaos. Inspired by a quote from Admiral William H. McRaven , who famously said, “If you want to change the w...

I’m Tired and Still Trying 21.07.2025

In today’s episode, I open up about the truth behind the smile, the laughter, and the strength — and it’s that I’m still healing. Yes, I’ve come far, and I show up every day with more love and light than I used to, but there are still pieces of me that ache and moments that feel heavier than I let on. This isn’t a serious sit-down. It’s a gentle reminder that healing doesn’t always look dramatic —...

Becoming Her, Finally 20.07.2025

In today’s episode, I take a moment to speak my truth out loud— I am becoming who I’ve been meant to be all along . It’s not about the drastic changes or the overnight shifts. It’s about the quiet, consistent unfolding of the version of me that’s always been within. I reflect on how I used to doubt myself, minimize my worth, and shrink to make others comfortable. But now, I’m learning to step full...

Keep the Fire Burning 19.07.2025

In today's episode, we talk about finding what truly brings me joy and keeps the fire within me alive. For a long time, I lived in survival mode, and in those moments, laughter was rare—like less-than-five-times-a-year rare. It wasn’t because I didn’t want to laugh, but because I had forgotten what it felt like to truly feel alive. This episode is about learning to notice the tiny sparks again...

Loving the Mess in the Mirror 18.07.2025

In today’s episode, we talk about the journey to being kinder to myself inside and out. For a long time, I avoided mirrors and cameras, not just because of how I looked, but because I didn’t like who I thought I was on the inside. I share how I used to feel unworthy, ashamed, and invisible, and how I slowly started to show up for myself with compassion instead of criticism. This episode is about l...

Right Words at the Right Time 17.07.2025

In today’s episode, I share a quote that has stuck with me through the highs and the lows—a line that’s given me strength, clarity, and a sense of purpose. It’s more than just words; it’s become a mantra, a reminder of who I am and who I’m becoming. I talk about how I found this quote, why it resonated so deeply, and the role it continues to play in my everyday life. Quotes can feel like a small t...

Halfway Home to Me 16.07.2025

Almost 2 full decades under my belt and fifteen days into this journey, and wow — I’ve uncovered a lot. So much of the past two weeks has been about reflection, healing, and being honest with myself about where I’ve been and who I’ve become. But if there’s one thing I’ve realized as I’ve looked back… it’s that I’m learning how to let joy in again. Not the big, perfect, picture-worthy kind of joy....

De Aquí y De Allá: Embracing the In-Between 15.07.2025

Today’s episode is one of the most personal for me — because it’s about identity, heritage, and the lifelong dance of being Mexican-American. Growing up, outside of my home, half of me often felt invisible. I rarely saw reflections of my culture in the world around me — in school, media, or leadership. And for a long time, I thought that if I just squeezed myself into the boxes that made other peo...

Out of Time, Into Myself 14.07.2025

In today’s episode of 30 Days to 30 , I reflect on the quiet but heavy pressure of life’s “timeline”—the one that tells us we’re supposed to have everything figured out by 30. I talk about the expectations I carried for years, the shame that came from not meeting them, and the freedom I found in finally letting them go. This episode is about more than missing milestones. It’s about finding wholene...

Romanticizing My Life (Again) 13.07.2025

In this episode of 30 Days to 30 , I’m sharing how I slowly fell back in love with my life—not through big milestones or perfect moments, but through small, everyday rituals that helped me reconnect with joy. I talk about the season where routine was all I had—where life felt structured but emotionally empty. And how I began to shift that by adding softness, intention, and presence into my days. F...

Above It All: A New Point of View 12.07.2025

In today’s episode of 30 Days to 30 , I’m taking you up into the sky—literally. I talk about the day I took one of my favorite photos ever: from a hot air balloon, floating high above the world. That moment gave me more than just a stunning view—it gave me clarity. Looking down from above made everything feel smaller, lighter, and less overwhelming. The things I had been holding onto… the stress,...

Tootsie, The One Who Made Me, Me again 11.07.2025

In today’s episode of 30 Days to 30 , I share the story of someone who completely changed the course of my life — and she just so happens to have four paws, whiskers, and the sweetest soul. Her name is Tootsie . At a time when I was hidden away, buried in schoolwork, and convincing myself that isolation was just part of being “focused,” Tootsie came into my life. She was tucked into the corner of...

Chasing Wonder, Fueling Creativity 10.07.2025

In this episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I’m leaning into my wild side—literally. We’re talking adventure in the sky, on the road, and behind the wheel of an ATV , and how these adrenaline-fueled moments have become some of my most freeing, joy-filled memories. Whether I was flying through the sky on a plane, riding through desert dust on an ATV, or chasing sunrises on a road trip—those moments r...

No More Cruel Conversations 09.07.2025

In this episode of  Jumping Into Jupiter , I’m sharing one of the most personal and ongoing lessons of my 20s: learning to stop being mean to myself—and choosing kindness instead. For so long, my inner voice was critical, harsh, and unforgiving. I held myself to impossible standards and talked to myself in ways I’d never speak to anyone else. I thought that was discipline. I thought that was growt...

Thank You, 20s – I’m Good Now 08.07.2025

In this episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I’m reflecting on one of the biggest lessons my 20s taught me: the journey to becoming yourself isn’t one big moment—it’s a series of small, brave choices. From learning to stop shrinking myself to letting go of regrets I once held onto tightly, I share how becoming me meant unlearning the need to please, perform, or prove anything to anyone. This isn’t a...

Soundtracks of My 20s: From Focus to Freedom 07.07.2025

In this episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I’m taking you on a journey through the music that carried me through every season of my 20s. From grinding through school with Hans Zimmer’s cinematic scores and Eminem’s fire to fuel my ambition, to dancing into freedom with BTS , Suga , Psy , Gloria Trevi , and Daddy Yankee —music was more than a playlist, it was therapy, motivation, and healing. I talk...

Permission Granted: Letting Go & Living On My Terms 07.07.2025

Permission to slow down. To say no without guilt. To stop chasing timelines I never created—and start honoring the life I want to live. For so long, I felt like I had to prove something. Like I needed to hit invisible milestones or match someone else’s highlight reel to feel valid. But I’ve learned that freedom doesn’t come from checking boxes—it comes from letting go of them. Join me as I reflect...

Concrete Jungle, Solo Soul: My Favorite Adventure Yet 05.07.2025

In today’s episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I’m revisiting one of the most exciting and unforgettable experiences of my 20s—my very first solo trip to New York City. 🗽✨ This wasn’t just a vacation; it was a bold move that taught me how to be independent, confident, and fully present in my own company. From learning how to navigate the subway to eating solo and enjoying the views, every moment r...

A Core Memory: The Solo Trip That Changed Everything 05.07.2025

In this episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I’m sharing a core memory that changed the course of my life—quitting a job that no longer served me and taking a solo trip that helped me find myself again. It wasn’t an easy decision, but it was necessary. That solo adventure gave me the space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with the version of me I had been missing. From the quiet moments of clarity...

Little Me Had Big Dreams 04.07.2025

In today’s episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I’m taking a walk down memory lane to revisit the dreams I had as a kid. From the wildly imaginative to the surprisingly ambitious, I talk about what little me thought adulthood would look like—and how that’s shifted over time. As I count down to my 30th birthday, I’m giving myself space to honor those childhood dreams, laugh at the funny ones, and refl...

In this episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I’m taking you on a journey through the many ways travel has shaped who I am today.
