Not Perfect, Still Proud 31.12.2025

In this final episode of the year, I’m reflecting on what this season truly meant to me — beyond the highlight reel and beyond perfection. I’m sharing my greatest success of the year: completing my 30 episodes going into 30, and why showing up consistently mattered more than doing everything flawlessly. I talk about the biggest life lesson this year taught me — learning to have grace with myself,...

Things I Learned This Year That Didn't Come From Winning 24.12.2025

In this episode, I’m reflecting on the lessons this year taught me that didn’t come from winning, achieving, or checking things off a list. As the year winds down, I wanted to pause and talk about the quieter growth — the kind that happens in uncomfortable moments, during uncertainty, and in the in-between seasons that don’t make the highlight reel. I share what this year showed me about discomfor...

Showing Up in a Loud Season 17.12.2025

In today's episode, I’m talking about what it feels like when life gets loud — work, family, holidays, expectations — and there’s no pause button, even when you feel overwhelmed. I share what this season looks like for me and how showing up doesn’t always feel polished, confident, or impressive… but it still counts. This isn’t an episode about fixing everything or having answers. It’s about na...

You’re Not the Problem — You’re Just New 10.12.2025

In this episode, I open up about stepping into a brand new role within the same company — and why that has made the learning curve feel even more intense. I share what it’s like to feel like I “should already know better,” to stumble through beginner energy, and to question myself when things don’t go perfectly. I talk about how our confidence can dip during big transitions and why it’s so easy to...

Old Friends, New Lessons 03.12.2025

In this week’s episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I open up about the surprising reality of reconnecting with people from my past — and realizing the connection doesn’t feel the same anymore. I talk about how time changes us in ways we don’t always see until we’re face-to-face with an old version of ourselves… or an old relationship. I share what it feels like when the vibe just isn’t there, when y...

Plus-One Season… Solo 26.11.2025

In this week’s episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I’m talking about navigating plus-one season when you don’t actually have a plus-one. You know — those Google Forms and digital invitations that ask, “Will you be bringing a guest?” and you’re sitting there like… “It’s just me, babes.” I share the real pressures that come with showing up solo, not just from other people but from that little voice in...

Why My Training Wheels Had To Go 19.11.2025

This week, I’m talking about the unexpected lesson I learned from getting on a bike with training wheels — and realizing those “safety” wheels made me feel more unstable, not more secure. In this episode, I dive into the ways we hold onto our own version of training wheels in life: old habits, familiar routines, people we rely on, and comfort zones we’ve already outgrown. I explore the awkward mid...

Being Delulu is the Solulu 12.11.2025

This week on Jumping into Jupiter , I’m talking about the magic of being a little delulu — in the best way possible. Sometimes you have to believe in yourself and your dreams before there’s any real proof, and honestly, that “delusional” confidence can change everything. I share how leaning into that playful, faith-filled energy has helped me stay hopeful and keep chasing what I love, even when it...

An Ode to Immigrant Parents 05.11.2025

In this week’s episode of Jumping into Jupiter , I reflect on the quiet sacrifices and deep love of immigrant parents — the ones who built lives from the ground up so their children could dream freely. What started as a simple moment of seeing a group of young girls pooling their money for a sweet treat turned into a wave of realization about my own childhood and the lessons I carry from growing u...

Seeing What They See in You 29.10.2025

Lately, I’ve been thinking about how other people often see my potential and strength so clearly — but I don’t always see it in myself. In this episode, I open up about what it feels like when others believe in you more than you believe in yourself, and how I’m learning to accept compliments, stay humble, and still agree with the good things people say. I also talk about the idea of “borrowing bel...

From MySpace Songs to TikTok Sounds 22.10.2025

This week on Jumping into Jupiter , I’m talking about what it’s like having younger friends and realizing we’re living in totally different worlds. They grew up online — confident, connected, and constantly visible — while I was over here picking my MySpace song and hoping my T9 texts sent. I reflect on the social media generation gap, how our timelines feel so out of sync, and how funny it is tha...

How to Stay Chill When You’re Internally Screaming 15.10.2025

On this weeks episode, I’m talking about something I know way too well — being the “chill friend.” You know, the one who’s always calm, flexible, and says “whatever works for everyone,” even when I’m secretly one minor inconvenience away from crying in my car. In this episode, I get honest about how that “it’s fine, I’m fine” energy can start to weigh you down — especially when you’ve been the str...

Too Creative for Cubicles, Too Educated to Quit 09.10.2025

In this episode, I get real about something many of us don’t say out loud — the corporate world just isn’t for everyone. I talk about loving spreadsheets but hating the stuffy office life, and how I’d much rather brainstorm and collaborate than sit behind a closed door pretending to look busy. I also open up about how tough it can be to admit to our parents that we’re not happy in those “good jobs...

Building a Life I Don’t Need to Escape From 01.10.2025

Being single often gets a bad rap — people assume it means loneliness or waiting for life to “really start.” But in this episode, I’m flipping that script. I share how singleness has actually been a season of prioritizing myself, building a life I love, and finding joy in my own company. Yes, there are moments of loneliness, but let’s be real — you can feel lonely even when you’re in a relationshi...

Halfway Clean, Halfway Grown, Halfway Everything 24.09.2025

In this episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I open up about the many ways I’ve only ever made it halfway—whether it’s in embracing my Mexican-American heritage, finishing a degree without landing the dream job, or starting a book idea I never wrote. I also share some of the funnier “halfway” stories, like getting halfway fluent in Korean, training for a 5K but never signing up, and cleaning my house...

Embracing Fear and Anxiety: Wisdom from Thích Nhất Hạnh 17.09.2025

In this episode of Jumping Into Jupiter , I explore the connection between fear and anxiety , inspired by Thích Nhất Hạnh’s book Fear: Essential Wisdom for Getting Through the Storm. Fear and anxiety often feel overwhelming, but they don’t have to control our lives. Instead, we can meet them with mindfulness, compassion, and presence. I share insights from Thích Nhất Hạnh’s teachings, along with m...

Small Promises, Big Change 10.09.2025

In this episode, we’re talking about the power of keeping promises to yourself . It’s easy to make commitments, set goals, or tell ourselves we’ll “start tomorrow” — but the real growth happens when we actually follow through. Breaking promises to yourself chips away at self-trust, while keeping them builds confidence, discipline, and momentum. I’ll share why doing what you said you’d do matters,...

September Wake-Up Call 03.09.2025

It’s already September — can you believe it? The year may feel like it’s flown by, but that doesn’t mean it’s too late to finish strong. In this episode, I’m diving into how we can reset for the last quarter of the year, refocus on what matters, and push through with intention. I’ll share how in September I will focus on small consistent steps to still make a big impact before December, and how th...

The Most Random Episode Yet 27.08.2025

Sometimes the best way to connect is by not taking ourselves too seriously—so today, I’m putting myself in the hot seat! In this episode, I answer a bunch of rapid fire questions about food, travel mishaps, guilty pleasures, fashion regrets, and all the little quirks that make me… me. Think of it like a coffee chat where you get to know the fun, silly side of me that doesn’t always show up in deep...

From 30 Days Strong to Stuck — Finding My Next Step 13.08.2025

After completing a 30-day streak of daily podcast episodes, you’d think the hard part would be over. But sometimes, the real challenge starts when the structure disappears. In this episode, I open up about why showing up now feels harder than it did during the challenge, and how decision paralysis has been holding me back. I talk about the difference between operating under a clear, simple rule an...

Not the Perfect Daughter—And That’s Okay 06.08.2025

After 30 days of sharing personal truths and navigating identity on the Jumping Into Jupiter podcast, this episode dives into a story that made me feel truly seen for the first time— I'm Not Your Perfect Mexican Daughter by Erika L. Sánchez. I share how reading Julia’s story mirrored my own experiences growing up as a Mexican-American daughter caught between expectations, silence, and dreams....

We Made it to 30!!! 30.07.2025

The final episode of my 30-day podcast journey, I’m taking a moment to reflect, celebrate, and come full circle. From solo dance parties and little luxuries to the brave decision to start this podcast, these 30 days have been filled with growth, honesty, and a whole lot of heart. This process reminded me of the power of showing up — even when it’s messy, even when it’s scary — and how much I'v...

Dear 30's 29.07.2025

As I wrap up this countdown to 30, Day 29 is a chance to pause and put into words what I hope to carry into this next chapter of life. Not a list of achievements or milestones, but the feelings, freedom, and fun I want to lean into more. To continue learning about myself and continue to heal and grow. To continue learning how to live life to the fullest and doing what makes me happy!

My 30th Wishlist: : Joy, Sparkle & Zero Apologies 28.07.2025

On Day 29 of Jumping Into Jupiter , I’m reflecting on the kind of life I’m wishing for as I step into my 30s—not with a checklist of goals, but a wishlist of energy . This episode is a celebration of what I want more of: ✨ belly laughs that shake the room ✨ friends who show up with snacks and soul ✨ outfits that make me feel like me ✨ and moments where I feel fully alive—messy, soft, loud, bol...

Less Guarded, More Growing 27.07.2025

On today’s episode, I’m opening up about what it really means to live my truth — not the polished, perfect version, but the one that's still growing, evolving, and sometimes unsure. I reflect on how I’ve learned to stop dimming myself down and start showing up authentically — even when it’s a little messy. I also share the importance of surrounding myself with people who nurture my growth — fr...
