Jubilee Life Coach: Daily Meditations
Jubilee Life Coach: Daily Meditations is a Christ-centered podcast for those who want to follow Jesus not only in belief, but in daily life. The word Jubilee comes from the biblical Year of Jubilee, a time of release, restoration, and freedom from debt. In the fullest sense, Jesus Christ is our true Jubilee. In him, we are forgiven, set free from the debt of sin, and welcomed into the joy of God’s kingdom. To be Christian is to be more than religious. It is to be a disciple of Jesus Christ the King—to belong to him, to listen to his voice, and to follow him with trust, love, and obedience. Lif...

Psalm 1 02.07.2026 8:13
The Way of the Blessed Jubilee Coach The Psalms are a book of prayer and praise. The very first song that opens the door is Psalm 1. The poet does not begin with hard theology. He paints one simple picture instead. There are two roads. One road leads to life. The other road blows away in the wind. Today we stand at that fork. Scripture Union’s Daily Bible introduces today’s psalm under the title T...
1 Corinthians 16:13-24 30.06.2026 8:28
Welcome back. This is Coach Brian, and today we are looking at First Corinthians 16:13 to 24. When was the last time you wrote someone a real goodbye. Not just see you later. I mean a letter where you knew this might be the last thing they hear from you for a while, maybe ever. What would you make sure to say before you ran out of room. That is basically where Paul is standing. He has spent sixtee...
1 Corinthians 16 29.06.2026 9:02
은혜로 빚어진 일상 · An Everyday Life Shaped by Grace 1 Corinthians 16:1–12 Here is a question for you. When was the last time giving money away actually felt good? Not guilt, not pressure. Just good. For most of us, generosity is something we feel our way into. We give when we are moved, when an appeal tugs at us, when guilt finally catches up with us. But here is the strange thing. The apostle P...

Am I Exploting Myself? 18.06.2026 7:28
Introduction Those are the words of Kim Mi-kyung — speaker, author, and entrepreneur — in a recent interview. A viewer had written in: "On the outside I look fine, but inside I'm falling apart. Work is okay. But the moment I come home, it's like the power goes off. I'm hollow. Every day I just get through it on duty." Does any of that sound familiar? The Functional Self Tr...
Is it better to stay singe? 16.06.2026 11:05
Beginning in chapter 7, Paul enters a new phase. He opens with the phrase, "Now concerning the matters about which you wrote" — meaning he is no longer raising his own concerns, but answering questions the Corinthians themselves sent him. We only have one side of the correspondence. But reading his replies, the shape of their questions begins to emerge. It seems some in the Corinthian ch...

When the Church Looks More Like Corinth 1 Corinthians 5 11.06.2026 4:38
Open your Bible to 1 Corinthians chapter 5. A man in the Corinthian church is in a sexual relationship with his stepmother. Paul says even the pagans around them found this shocking — Roman law actually prohibited it. The church knew. And they had done nothing. If anything, they seemed proud of their restraint. Paul says: "Shouldn't you rather have gone into mourning?" (1 Corinthian...
1 Corithians 4 10.06.2026 8:16
Let me ask you something. When you wake up in the morning — what's the first thing you think about? For a lot of us, honestly, it's something like: What do I have to do today? What do people expect of me? What will they think? We carry that weight everywhere. In the car. At work. Even at church. And here's what's interesting — the church in Corinth, two thousand years ago, had...
1 Corinthians 3 08.06.2026 7:00
Think for a moment about the people who have shaped your faith. Maybe it was a pastor whose sermons opened the Scriptures for you in a way you had never experienced before. Maybe it was a mentor who walked alongside you through a dark season. Maybe it was a teacher, a book, a podcast, or a small group leader. These people matter. Their work is real. Paul never says otherwise. But here is the quest...
1 Corinthians 2 04.06.2026 13:01
Daily Meditation | June 4, 2026 1 Corinthians 2:1–16 — Nothing Except Christ Crucified "For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified." — 1 Corinthians 2:2 (NIV) Paul had just come from Athens. He had stood on the Areopagus, delivered a philosophically sophisticated address, and watched most of his audience walk away (Acts 17:32–34). When he ar...
1 Corinthians 1 03.06.2026 16:31
Where do you find your significance? We build our answers so carefully—out of résumés, reputations, academic credentials, and ministry accomplishments. But in his first letter to the Corinthians, Paul lands like a stone in still water, completely flipping the world's value system upside down. Before Paul addresses a single problem in this messy, fractured church, he does something radical:...
The Grace That Reconciles (Genesis 50) 29.05.2026 19:50
According to Keller, if you ask the average person today why they're skeptical of Christianity, the objection is rarely intellectual. It's seldom "I have trouble believing in miracles." What you're more likely to hear is this: Why did God let this happen to me? If He's good, why did He allow this? In other words, the objections are personal. And the story of Joseph —...
Understanding the Times 27.05.2026 9:39
Of Issachar, men who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, 200 chiefs, and all their kinsmen under their command. (1 Chronicles 12:32, English Standard Version [ESV]). 1 Chronicles 12 records a moment of massive national transition. Following the crisis and power vacuum left by King Saul's death, the fractured tribes of Israel unified at Hebron to crown David as the...
The Gospel According to Joseph 26.05.2026 9:04
The anxieties of our world—economic volatility, geopolitical conflict, digital money, cryptocurrencies, and systemic instability—often stir deep unrest within us. We live in the tension between Christ’s first coming and His promised return. We know Christ has already conquered sin and death, but we also still live in a world of famine, fear, war, and uncertainty. Joseph’s life gives us a profound...
Testosterone Isn't King — Christ Is: Reclaiming Masculinity, Status, and the Sanctified Mind 26.05.2026 9:44
Testosterone Isn't King — Christ Is: Reclaiming Masculinity, Status, and the Sanctified Mind We've all heard the cultural shorthand: "Boys will be boys." "It's just the testosterone talking." For decades, popular culture has treated testosterone (T) as a biological scapegoat — an inescapable excuse for aggression, reckless risk-taking, and the cutthroat drive for...
What the MZ Generation's Turn to Buddhism is Teaching Us 25.05.2026 25:02
A recent KBS documentary stopped me in my tracks. The segment explored a quietly remarkable phenomenon sweeping South Korea: the MZ generation — Millennials and Gen Z — flooding into Buddhist temples, signing up for strict temple-stay programs, and filling massive Buddhist expos in Seoul. Monks performing EDM sets lyrically packed with core Buddhist doctrine. Viral chocolate Buddha statues sold at...
Sovereignty of God vs Freewill 21.05.2026 5:26
Freed Toward God: Rewriting the Script on Free Will and Divine Sovereignty A conversation that has divided theologians, philosophers, and ordinary people for centuries doesn't have to end in a deadlock — if we are willing to examine the very definition of freedom itself. How Digital Money Is Entering Everyday Life And What Christians Should See Stablecoins, Tokenization, CBDCs, and Faith in an Age of Financial Power Money is changing. The question is becoming what money is, who controls it, and who gets watched...
Do You Know How Wet the Water is? 19.05.2026 18:15
On May 18 — South Korea's national day of mourning for the 1980 Gwangju massacre — Starbucks Korea launched a promotion called "Tank Day." The CEO was terminated within hours. The company called it unintentional. That's the most important word in the story. This wasn't malice. It was cultural enclosure — what happens when an institution becomes so internally self-referenti...
Guarding Your Soul in a 47-Second World 19.05.2026 4:14
Imagine sitting down for your morning quiet time. You open your Bible or a journal, and before you can even finish a single paragraph, an invisible pull tugs at your spirit. Your hand automatically reaches for your phone. You check an app, glance at a notification, and just like that, your peace is fragmented. If you struggle to sit in stillness, please hear me: This is not just a personal failure...
