For their sesquicentury episode, Layne and Jon come to the end of this delightful Batman crossover with Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 5 and 6 from DC Comics from 2016! But it’s not yet the end of this little side quest, so listen for an announcement at the end of the episode!

Then it’s time traveling time back to the dinosaurs in the final issue 7 of Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles from Mirage Comics! And since we are now in the guest era, we give brief discussion of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 22 and 23!

Layne and Jon learn about Megatron’s and Optimus’s pre-war relationship as they discuss Chaos Theory in IDW’s The Transformers 22 from 2011. Then John Henry and Bumblebee have a little meet-cute in Transformers: Hearts of Steel 2 from 2006!

Jon reads “The Secret of the Super-Orphan” from Action Comics 253 (1959) and talks about it!

Layne and Jon watch the stakes rise as Batman and the Turtles team up to stop the Shredder and try to get the Turtles back home! It’s all in Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 and 4 from DC and IDW from 2016!

Layne, Clinton, Jon start turning Japanese as they discuss Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures 31 from Archie Comics! Then it’s the final chapter of Return to New York, the final chapter of Eastman’s and Laird’s joint work on the Turtles, and the final chapter for the Shredder in Mirage’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 21!

Layne and Jon put a wrap on Space Opera and get a glimpse of the upcoming Police Action with IDW’s The Transformers 21 from 2011. Then they roll back the clock to the 19th century and pick up 2006’s Transformers: Hearts of Steel 1.

Layne and Jon are excited to embark at long last upon the first two issues of DC’s and IDW’s Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, from 2015 and 2016!

Clinton, Layne, and Jon complete their mission to Japan and meet some kaiju and gods along the way in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures 30 from Archie Comics! Then it’s time to team up with a Triceraton and fight, punch, kick, and kill their way through the Foot Clan’s fortress on hunt for the Shredder in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 20 from Mirage!

Clinton is back with Layne and Jon to have a look at the third live-action film, Transformers: Dark of the Moon from 2011!

Layne and Jon come to another end of an arc as Michelangelo returns forlornly to his family’s old home and tries to pick up the pieces of a former life. It’s IDW’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 55 from 2016!

Clinton, Layne, and Jon are attacked by Ninjara and go after the Warrior Dragon in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Adventures 29 from Archie Comics! Then it’s time to Return to New York in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 19 from Mirage!

It’s a week of endings as Layne and Jon join Rodimus and Wheelie for the last chapter of Space Opera in The Transformers 20. Then they breathe a deep sigh of wtf at Transformers: Heart of Darkness 4, bringing that series to a close. All from IDW from 2011!

Jon and Blaine discuss the game-changing end of The War Without End, because, you know, it ends.

Layne and Jon go after Mikey with the Mutanimals and say good-bye to a friend in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 54 from IDW from 2015!

Jon and Blaine start the second two part story, which has a surprising guest star. Note: Blaine says that Babylon 5 was filming on a six day schedule. At this point in production, it was on a seven day schedule, and would remain that way until the end of season four.

Layne and Jon go into deep space to catch up with Rodimus in The Transformers 19 and then watch Galvatron form an army to attack D-Void in Heart of Darkness 3, both from IDW from 2011!

Jon and Blaine look at one of those episodes that definitely marks a “before” and “after” for most of the characters involved.
