Spring Break is over and the Spring Game brings excitement and questions this weekend. Plus Lacrosse is rolling and giving us life this Spring.

This one is fantastic thanks to the enthusiasm and knowledge of Ben and Patrick from the Buzzardry Podcast (they also explain the origin story of that great name). We learned a good bit about fellow #FutureBelt member Southern Miss and they got us all fired up for a baseball renaissance at JMU. Plus we got caught up on some exciting times in Spring sports after a week off.

Brady from the excellent Ga. St. pod THERSday Night joins us to bring us up to speed on the Dukes' once and future rival from the ATL on the eve of representing the conference in the Big Dance. Really enjoyed this one and this time around is going to be a whole lot different (and better) than the last time JMU and GSU shared a conference.

After a much-needed but ill-timed week off, the boys are back together to wrap up a tough end to hoops, catch up on spring sports (including encouraging starts from Lax and Baseball), and bask in the afterglow of seeing the full FBS schedule for the fall! Plus a fun, short, old-school OT.

We're kicking off a new series to help Dukes fans get to know the Sun Belt and JMU's conference mates. All spring we'll be talking with fellow fan-produced content creators like us that cover the other teams in the Belt about their programs, schools, and towns. Huge show alert! We’re thrilled to have Women’s Basketball Coach O’Regan (38:00) join us for a wide-ranging conversation as always - his perspective is superb! JMU survived stepping on all the rakes they always find at New Hampshire and are finally coming home for a big one this week versus Villanova.

The Dukes got banged up but safe to say we can all get hyped now after a thorough beat-down of Weber State in Utah. Plus the fellas get a little off-track at the end in extremely Old Guys Leave fashion.

You may hear from us again later this week, but we were thrilled with the performance against Maine and even more excited about the upcoming trip to Weber. Plus we had to talk conference stuff again. Note we did record this Sunday night so no talk of a changing RB room or anything else off the field at JMU.

The guys look back at the Dukes cruising past Morehead St. while suffering a tough loss along the O-Line. Then we look ahead a to a suddenly very real CAA matchup this weekend against Maine.
