Short prayers produce profound results. There’s an urgency in short prayers that long prayers don’t have, bringing breakthrough, mercy, and help from Heaven. Passionate, purposeful prayer is what gets God’s attention, not long, eloquent, polished prayers. When you start praying short prayers, God moves on your behalf.

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and all you really have is today. Destiny is a daily decision; your daily routine will determine your success in life and as a Christian.

There is great treasure in your church, home, and family that must be preserved and protected. The enemy wants to steal, kill, and destroy. But men must stand up and refuse to allow Hell to steal what God has given to them.

There is a blessing promised in Deuteronomy 22 for showing kindness to mother birds; how much more blessed will you be if you honor and show kindness to your mother! Big doors of blessings swing on little hinges of obedience. God notices your attitude and the actions you take to honor your mom.

Heaven is a real place. A place so glorious that some things about it aren’t lawful to even speak about. The first heaven is seen by day, the second by night, but the third Heaven is seen only by faith.

If you can believe the Resurrection, you can believe the Rapture. Jesus did not use scare tactics or exaggeration when he spoke. If he said a Great Tribulation was coming, he meant it. After the Rapture, the wrath of God will come upon the Earth like never before, and the book of Revelation describes exactly what will happen.

The Early Church expected Jesus to return, even in their lifetimes. Now that we are almost 2,000 years closer to His Return, what lives should we be living with the expectation of His Return? When you don’t understand the second coming of Jesus, it produces ignorance, sorrow, and hopelessness. But understanding brings comfort.

Church is about more than singing and preaching; it’s about God’s presence. It’s God’s presence that brings life to every area. The Church must be filled with people who go after God’s presence more than anything else.

Wells in the Bible were vital for life. In the same way, there is a well of living water that’s vital for your spiritual life. It’s not just for you, but for your family, and it must be re-dug. What you need for life is only found in Jesus Christ.

When God called Abraham, he left everything. And when God calls you, He requires the same thing. But after God calls you, there comes a time when you wait on the promises of God for you and your family. Don’t give up, but praise God while you wait and remember how faithful He has been in the past.

You create a treasury of snow when you pray. One snowflake may not seem like much, but when snowflakes join together, they can shut down roads and stop trucks. Just as snowflakes collect, so your prayers store up in Heaven, and when the season changes, there is life-giving water that flows from Heaven to where you are.

God’s business requires urgency; it can not be done in a laid-back fashion. Wake up to the task at hand. Give, sing, preach, fast, and live with urgency to reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Sometimes God will send you into a place or circumstances where it feels like everything’s against you. You may not feel or see God in the fiery trial of your life, but if God has allowed it, there are always blessings to be found in it, and others will see Jesus because of what you go through.

There is nothing that fast-tracks the purpose of God in your life like fasting. The strongest muscle in your body, per pound, is your jaw muscle. When you fast, you conquer the strongest muscle in your body and tell the rest of your body to worship God. If you can say no to food, you can say no to anything. When you fast, you are exercising your “no” muscle.

Don’t just fast out of routine, but out of desperation for God. Fasting is not about you, your food, or anything besides God Himself. When you fast, God is your portion instead of food, so put all your attention on Him.

Faith is the currency of Heaven. Faith is confidence that God will do what He said He would do. You can believe God over everything the doctor, judge, or anyone else has said. Without faith, it’s impossible to please God. So, be brave, act like a man, and stand strong with the shield of faith.

You may feel like a useless, dirty rag, but no one is useless to God. He turns dirty rags into royalty to reach and save the lost. He wants to save, wash, and use you to reach someone in the same pit you were in.

No matter what you face, you must remember that up until this point, the Lord has helped you. Everything you’ve gone through that could have taken you out failed, and God brought you through.

It’s every believer’s duty to serve their generation in the will of God. You must allow God to spend your life to buy the life of another.

It’s easy to get so comfortable in the place God has taken you. But you must go beyond where you’re comfortable. Go a little further than you’ve ever gone before!
