Alicia is live from Brunswick with the latest on the trial of three men over the murder of Ahmaud Arbery, where there is drama inside and outside of the courtroom. Inside, defendant Travis McMichael continues his testimony today; outside, faith leaders from across the nation are gathering to pray with and show support to the Arbery family.

Blair takes a look at what's next for the Build Back Better bill, also known as the social spending bill, and when Democrats may try to advance it again.

The House of Representatives will vote on punitive censure against Rep. Paul Gosar (R, AZ-4), in response to offensive and threatening materials he posted, and since remove, about Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and President Joe Biden. Gosar will also be removed from the Committee of Oversite and Reform.

Blair reports that 4 states have voted to allow all eligible residents access to covid-19 vaccine boosters, not every state shares that level of enthusiasm. Florida is NOT one of the four states to waive booster requirements. Meanwhile, Pfizer has agreed to make its vaccination pill formula available to third party manufacture, increasing its accessibility globally.

Jessica reports live from an apartment building fire on Reed Avenue, in Jacksonville's Southbank neighborhood. JFRD has the fire under control. Fortunately, no one was injured in the fire, though seven people have been displaced from their homes. Red Cross is on hand for affected residents.

Jared joins JMN to look at the "virtual summit" between President Biden and China's Xi Jinping.

The Association of Fundraising Professionals has named the Child Cancer Fund as its "Outstanding Foundation," honoring their work in the Jacksonville community. CCF CEO Carla Montgomery joins JMN to discuss their mission and the award.

Blair takes a look at the timetable Democrats have left to deliver promised legislation this year. Can they get it done, or will they "kick the can" with temporary measures into the New Year?

Brian joins JMN to take a look at President Biden's upcoming trip to Michigan, efforts to sell the $1.2T infrastructure bill, and the continuing conservative criticisms. Meanwhile, the spending bill remains unresolved within the Democrat party.

Alexis McAdams reports from Kenosha, Wisconsin, where closing arguments are scheduled to start in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. Rittenhouse faces murder and other charges regarding shooting events during an August 2020 protest demonstration. Judge Schroeder has allowed for certain circumstances and lesser charges to be considered in regard to at least one of the shooting incidents entailed.

Senate President Pro Tempore Aaron Bean joins JMN to discuss the special legislative sessions ordered by Governor DeSantis, that start today and will address vaccination mandates, among other topics.

Blair reports that President Biden will hold a signing ceremony for the infrastructure bill later today; the Build Back Better plan is still in critical consideration.

Jared reports on why a federal appeals court has temporarily blocked the release of National Archives documents requested by the January 6th Commission. The court will hear arguments for whether or not the subpoenaed documents are subject to Presidential "executive privilege" protections after the Thanksgiving holiday.
