Jared reports that the Biden administration is asking a federal appeals court to reinstate the OSHA vaccine mandate for companies with 100+ employees. The mandate was scheduled to take effect in January, but has been suspended indefinitely by a federal court while its constitutionality is reviewed. This suspension does NOT prevent private companies from instituting their own vaccine policies.
