In this episode we sit down with experts in coaching, leadership, and performance management. On top of discussing their textbook, Dr. Paul Levy, Dr. Ali O'Malley, and Dr. Brodie Riordan discuss the research and professional adventures they've been on over the past two decades and how their relationship influenced their personal and professional life.

Tune in for a discussion with Dr. Thornton-Lugo and Aleksandra Dunjic, two experts on DEI who are passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. In this episode we will dispel common myths around diversity, equity, and inclusion, have in-depth discussion on who actually benefits from DEI efforts, and provide tips on how to navigate polarized conversations around DEI.
