Money is gotten from the value we provide through services or products. Children can learn the importance of curbing impulse purchases, and instead start a savings collection. Children can get jobs and earn money by interning or working during the holidays. I encourage kids to open bank accounts and also give to charity. Children can also begin to invest.

Leadership is inspiration, influence and service. Leadership is earned by actions of courage, fairness and commitment. Leadership is not position, it is not royalty, and leadership is not just about being the head.

Learning to make choices is very important. Everyone makes choices every day about what what to eat, what to wear, what to do or where to go. The choices that you make can be good or bad. Bad choices cause us to be unhappy, confused or in despair. Choose to love yourself, choose the right friends, choose to read and be a life-long learner.

A Leader has to communicate the vision and goals to his team so as to motivate them to achieve the vision. Qualities of effective communication include; Clarify, Transparency, Listening, Feedback and Inspiration.

Vision is a mental image or picture, future, a direction or a goal. Vision provides guidance to the wishes you want to attain. It points you to the way of what you want to attain. Vision inspires, motivates and guides your behaviour for a preferable future.

Personal Development is a lifelong process of assessing your skills and qualities, considering your aims in life and setting goals that will help you maximise your potentials.
