Elias experiences shift work for the first time as he continues his training under the supervision of a coach officer and works towards becoming solo. Amanda reflects on her time as an officer and gives advice to anyone considering the career. The recruiting branch welcomes the newest class of recruits just starting their journey.

Elias returns to Waterloo Region for post-Ontario Police College training, receives his badge and completes his first few shifts in the community under the watchful eye of a coach officer. Amanda continues her work in the community, responding to a call that requires a mental health apprehension.

At the Ontario Police College, Elias builds on his experience with basic judgement scenarios, is introduced to immersive mock incidents and wraps up his time at the college with a graduation ceremony.
