The plot in short is really just this: our FMC, wannabe bad b*tch, overpowered demon who's way too cool for school meets an ancient, all mighty, yet crazy depressed God and together they travel the world. By car.

Today's episode has our heart. Telling stories about the complexity of life, this book really doesn't need a lot of plot to draw you in, the very much John Green writing style paired with real, raw emotions will do the trick just fine. And stay to the end to hear why Tabbi still had to CRAWL through the last pages!

A fae warrior with alcohol problems, 'nuff said. No honestly though, this book had so much more potential which we will discuss in length - obviously not without forgetting all major plot twists and character names!

Give me Cinderella retold, but not one of those boring same-old-same-old versions! Make it fae, give it smart main characters and add sweet banter to it. This easy and quick to read, no-spice book received a solid 4 stars!
