In Zs Opinion …

Friendships are relationships too. How we water our friendships is important. Without watering, repotting, and trimming, friendships and individuals will not grow. Just as you invest in your romantic partnerships you should do the same  in your friendships. Care for your people, and care for yourself. 

Being is hard. After that transitional moment or age it starts to settle in and shit gets real. And once it gets real it can get uncomfortable. Well its time to start learning to get comfortable with the uncomfortable and move with that peace of knowing. This life is a pendulum and as long as you know it can swing either way you're already ahead of the game. 

First comes love....Then comes Marriage....Then comes the baby in the baby carriage?!  Is that REALLY how it goes? On this episode Z jumps into the conversation of how marriage is seen as the more serious commitment than the baby carriage. Both of these are either equals or the baby carriage takes precedents. But FOR WHO? 

Some people just carry bad attitudes with them. It is not your responsibility to deal with it. We are all learning how to deal with ourselves. No one needs the added burden of a "Bad News Bear". If you are trying to preserve yourself and peace let them be. And if you are the "Bad News Bear" go get some help/healing baby. 

So many people seem to be offended by the fact that women are showing up louder, taking up more space, and caring less. How unfortunate. Women have been told for so long to be sweet and docile and for many of us that's never been our truth. We deserve to have egos, be respected, and be heard. And it should not be a problem Men and Women could peacefully coexist and maybe even get some things accom...

As an advocate for therapy and an active participant this is for all of you who DONT need it. I just want to see us win forreal. Take care of yourselves, take care of your mentals.
