Today I’m flying solo! I’ve been thinking a lot about growing up Mormon and how that impacted my relationship with anxiety and feelings of self-worth. And I’ve been feeling extra anxious lately about being a mom. So now I’m here talking out my thoughts and feelings and walking away with a new summer goal: radical self-love.
