Every week for the past few years, Pastor JD has concluded his updates with the A, B, C’s of salvation. We’re living in scary times; you don’t have to be a follower of Christ to recognize the evil that has crept upon the world. Imagine what this world would look like without Him! Meditate on God’s promise, that the things we mean for evil, He will use for good.

We can be so hard on ourselves, but you know who’s even harder? Satan. He weasels his way into our minds and lies and manipulates. But Pastor JD reminds us in today’s update that no matter what happens – no matter if they mandate vaccinations and restrict your movements – God is in control and we were made for Him.

Though humans are inherently sinful, and undeserving of God’s grace, no matter how hard you try, God has a deep, unending love for you. Today, Pastor JD teaches about God’s amazing love. He sees you as perfect, just like His Son, if you’ve put your faith in Him. Your sins are forgiven and removed and you are His!

Do feel like your Christian walk is merely a rote exercise each day? Today, Pastor JD will call you to recognize how you may have drifted from God. Remember Him, His love, and the faith you once had. Repent and return to Him. He longs for you to come back! He loves you and desires a relationship with you.

As a believer, and as part of the church body, it’s pretty easy to get swept up in the tasks associated with being a Christian. Jesus does appreciate all you do in His name. But, as Pastor JD teaches today, He’d rather have time with you and be in a relationship with you than only getting your acts of service. Don’t forget your first love!

In this age of technology, we often forget what it was like before we had computers in our pockets. Pastor JD talks to us today about how mandatory vaccinations and technology have played perfectly into the devil’s plans. Nevertheless, God has a talent for turning what’s meant for evil, into something glorious and good.
