Colossians Chapter 1 04.11.2025

If you want to understand your position in Christ I think this chapter in particular will be very helpful to you! Jesus HAS delivered us from the power of darkness and translated us into the kingdom of his dear SON! We are accepted by the Father as holy, unblameable, and unreproveable because of Christs work on the cross!

A conversation with Johan Friesen 17.10.2025

This episode with Johan Friesen is mostly in Plautdietsch. Johan spent many years trapped in addiction while working long hours to provide for his large family. As a father of nine, Johan looks back with deep regret over the years lost to alcohol and drugs—but his story doesn’t end there. Just over a year ago, Johan encountered the gospel of Jesus Christ and found salvation and forgiveness. Today,...

George Redecop (God found him!) 13.10.2025

George grew up as the middle child of 17 siblings in the Old Colony Mennonite church. Like many in that background, he tried to follow the rules but never understood what it meant to truly be saved — in fact, he didn’t even know what the word salvation meant. Things began to change when his future father-in-law came to faith and was drastically transformed. That sparked a journey that eventually l...

MADE Right with God! (Mennonite hope) 02.10.2025

Many Mennonites of my background grew up believing that forgiveness of sins was something we could only hope for—never something we could know with confidence. Assurance was often seen as pride, as if anyone who claimed to know they were forgiven was boasting in themselves. But the truth of the gospel is far different. In this video, I explain the biblical doctrine of righteousness imputed—how Chr...

Gender confusion (Male and Female) 23.09.2025

There’s a lot of confusion today about what we were actually created for. But the Bible lays it out plainly—God tells us what man was made for and what woman was made for. And the Gospel of Jesus not only confirms that, it actually elevates and deepens the whole picture! Man was created to subdue the earth and fill it, and woman was created to come alongside him, helping him carry out God’s will.

Hebrews chapter 13 12.09.2025

The final chapter of the book of Hebrews gives us a lot of valuable instruction, however it only serves us well if we have grasped the truths of the first 12 chapters! We need to know who we are in Christ and what Jesus accomplished for us in order to "live" the Christian life!

Hebrews Chapter 12 03.09.2025

Chapter tells begins with a great motivation, telling us that Jesus despised going through the shame of the cross yet did it anyway because He saw the joy it would produce...and it ends with the admonition that our God is a consuming fire! Take these warnings to hear folks!

A conversation with Frank Neufeld 25.08.2025

In this episode, I sit down with Frank Neufeld, who was born and raised in Chihuahua, Mexico in the Old Colony Mennonite church. His wife grew up in the Kleine Gemeinde tradition, where children were raised with a more intentional approach to life and faith. While Frank avoided much of the typical Old Colony youth culture of partying, smoking, and drinking, he still didn’t truly understand the gos...

Hebrews chapter 11. 25.08.2025

The great hall of faith! Throughout Hebrews, the author has been urging his readers to recognize that “the just shall live by faith.” It has always been this way—from the very first men and forefathers of the faith. He wants them to understand that it will be no different for them: walking with God only comes by faith. Faith means being convinced of a reality you cannot yet see, and then directing...

A conversation with John Guenther 18.08.2025

In this episode I talk with John Guenther, who grew up in Durango, Mexico as the oldest child in his family. From a young age, he felt the heavy reality of God and the fear of hell. He was bullied in school, battled depression, and even struggled with suicidal thoughts throughout his teen years. Medication gave him a temporary lift, and whiskey became his escape—but alcohol soon threatened to dest...

Hebrews Chapter 10 05.08.2025

This chapter, if understood correctly, can set your soul free like nothing else! There was ONE sacrifice made for sins FOREVER and then Jesus SAT DOWN. There's nothing left for him to do! Revel in that truth folks!

A conversation with Ben Wall (Born into Turmoil, Rescued by Grace) 30.07.2025

In this episode, I sit down with Ben Wall, one of the hosts of the Plautdietsch podcast The Ben and Lisa Wall Podcast. Ben shares his powerful story of growing up in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico, in a very unstable environment—his dad was involved in drugs and the cartel, his mom was tormented by devil possession, and he was bullied in school. With so much temptation and chaos around him, it seemed like he...

Hebrews Chapter 9. 24.07.2025

If I am ever unsure what I should preach or teach on, my mind automatically geos to Hebrews 9 & 10! The truths of these two chapters have to be some of the most liberating in all the Bible! They tell us of how complete and thorough the sacrifice of Christ is! There was ONE sacrifice made and only ONE and the work was complete. We can rejoice in that finished work.

A conversation with Aaron Keeton 16.07.2025

Aaron Keeton was born and raised in Eastern Kentucky in the Church of Christ denomination—a movement that taught a five-step plan of salvation: Hear, Believe, Repent, Confess, and Be Baptized. Though Jesus was mentioned, the finished work of Christ—His death for our sins and resurrection—was never the focus. Aaron became a preacher within this system, travelling and teaching wherever doors opened....

Hebrews chapter 8 01.07.2025

The Old Covenant was not without fault. Flesh was the issue. IF it had been faultless then there would have been no need for another Covenant to be made....The NEW Covenant is far superior in that all shall know the Lord, from the least to the greatest!

Hebrews chapter 7 18.06.2025

There was a greater priest than Aaron...he's hardly spoken of in the bible, but God says that Jesus is a High Priest according to the priesthood of Melchisidec! He has no beginning or end and he never dies!! Just like Jesus... who truly will never die! We have a High Priest that lives forever!

Ye Father's! (more important than you think!) 13.06.2025

This Father’s Day, I’m speaking directly to the dads. In a world grappling with brokenness—from rising crime to deep loneliness, from addiction to suicide—so many of the root issues trace back to one devastating reality: fatherlessness. But it doesn’t have to stay that way. In this video, I challenge fathers everywhere to rise to the high calling God has placed on us—to reflect His strength, compa...

Hebrews Chapter 6 09.06.2025

I'm jumping right into the middle of controversy in this chapter. Not for controversy's sake, but because this chapter has been argued and debated for centuries now! I hope I can bring some clarity to the issues for us all. Let me know what you think!

Hebrews Chapter 5 05.06.2025

Hebrews 5 talks about Jesus being ordained to or appointed to being the High priest of our confession. He didn't aspire to the position and take it by force, He was appointed by God to be our High Priest!

In this powerful and honest interview, I sit down with Paul Speed from Whatever It Takes Ministries to talk about his personal journey—from secret sin and internal torment to healing, freedom, and ministry. Paul opens up about the double life he lived for years, hiding behind the image of a faithful husband while battling addiction to pornography and masturbation. When he reached the breaking poin...

Hebrews Chapter 4 02.06.2025

Chapter 4 speaks about the "rest" that God wants us to enter into. He equates this rest to " Hebrews 4:10 For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. " Too many Christians are still striving, still not willing to rest in the finished work of Jesus!

Hebrews Chapter 3 28.05.2025

Hebrews 3 admonishes the Hebrew Christians not to be like their forefathers that were brought out of Egypt in that they constantly wanted to turn back to bondage! Christ is the promised land/rest and Moses offers nothing compared to what we are given through Jesus!

A conversation with Dave Janzen 27.05.2025

I've known Dave for nearly two decades but haven't seen him for about 17 years! I finally had the opportunity to sit down with him to discuss his testimony and his work in this translation project. Dave has been faithfully serving as a gospel preacher, a Bible teacher, and a church planter across Manitoba, Alberta, and even Bolivia. For the past 10 years, his life has been deeply devoted to a monu...

A conversation with Riley Wall 15.05.2025

In this episode, I sit down with Riley Wall... (son of Tony Wall, who many of you will know and who I had the pleasure of working with for many years!) Riley was raised in a stable, godly home, yet he still wrestled with surrendering to Christ until the age of 16. When he finally embraced the Lordship of Jesus he was filled with a profound joy. He and his wife Natalie navigated a unique "hand...
