If we’re honest, we probably all need to engage in a little bit of therapy at some point or another. Life can be challenging and overwhelming. We can feel misunderstood and alone. Unfortunately, finding a therapist specifically for you and your issues is not a one size fits all. You might have to “date” a few to develop trust and credibility. And while you’re doing that, the therapy bill is still due (if your insurance doesn’t cover it) and life is still lifing .In lieu of therapy (for now)…I’m praying, reading, and writing more. Join me on this journey to being healed and whole!

Coparenting with the other parent is already hard enough. But when the other parent remarries, it can really throw off the whole dynamic. Parents in this situation should aim to communicate with one another and parent their child together effectively, without the new spouse or significant other. Just let her cook!
