In 2022, my parents died within four months of one another. Before I could find my footing again, my youngest daughter died by suicide. I Thought There Would Be Casseroles is an honest look at grief, suicide loss, dark humor, and the things nobody tells you. My grief is messy, sometimes ugly, occasionally funny, and always real. Together, we'll talk about loss, survival, and how to keep living when the people you love most are gone.
