I Refuse Podcast

During my insomnia, I tackle and open up about the weight of a past hurt and it’s challenges and I speak as I process it and what I plan to do to persevere.

As we are going through the pandemic, i wanted to shine a light on mental illness and share my experiences as a sufferer of it, the things we can do to alleviate the struggles we experience from being socially distant from one another and reiterate the importance of taking care of and relying on ourselves more.

We explore the 'crabs in a barrel' mentality that is prominent in interpersonal spaces (i.e. workplace) and wonder why that is a thing, even in non-competitive situations. 

A brief introduction of Mr. Fox and his podcast 'I Refuse' - the podcast where we are not PC (Politically Correct) about life, sexuality and community. Nothing is out of bonds and nobody is safe from our opinions.
