My health has always been a challenge and sometimes very painful. I've battled with depression and rage. The day I decided to stop being a victim, and love my body for the hard working machine it tries to be, I began to write this song. It's about hope and trying to remain positive about life. Stuff happens. To everyone. That's life. It's all in how we frame our situation. Stay in the present and don't look back. The "hook" is I Don't mind, if there's more todays than yesterdays.
