2018/19: Euan Storrier (2 x Player of the Year winner) 11.05.2019

Goalkeeper Euan Storrier is proof that gaining regular playing time can benefit young players. The 20 year old had only started twice for Forres Mechanics in 2017/18 before he signed on loan for Huntly in on the eve of the 2018/19 season. We spoke to the player who picked up the Player's and Young Player of the Year awards at our recent awards presentation.

Huntly midfielder Glenn Murison created history at the end of season awards presentations when he became the first four-time winner of the Fans Player of the Year trophy. We spoke to the 21 year old who was pleased to the younger players make an impact this season as they finished in the top half of the table since 2009/2010.

This form has coincided with the great form of midfielder Kai Ross who set up two and scored another against his former side. Buckie maintain a six game unbeaten home run against their opponents as Manager Graeme Stewart admitted they didn’t deserve to win the game. Huntly have not won in their last six away fixtures as Manager Martin Skinner frustrated not to take full points.

Huntly ended a seven game win-less streak with a 2-1 home win over Strathspey Thistle.
