Many engineers don't understand how to talk business in QBRs.  So they fall back on the familiar and talk about technical things. However, QBRs and strategy sessions are more about discovering what the business objectives are than about technical specifics.   In this 2 part podcast Skip and Adam tackle the tough question: "How do we talk Business as Engineers?"
