HRBT Tunnel Talk follows the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project in Virginia. It is the largest ever construction project for the Virginia Department of Transportation. The series will explore funding, construction, employment opportunities, tunnel technology and benefits to the Commonwealth of Virginia.
