Feeling especially proud after an Intervention for a friend, the gang launches a series of hilarious but unnecessary interventions on each other, culminating in the discovery that most of them thought Ted was moving too fast in his engagement with Stella.

Tired of commuting between friends and Stella (Manhattan and NJ) he tried to bring the two worlds together in NJ. His worlds collide when he discovers that Stella expects him to move down there when they get married. Robin quits her job, twice.

The gang chases down what Marshall remembers being the best burger in NYC. Robin struggles coming out of her 7 day cleanse, 1 day in and Marshall finds employment.

Ted gets an answer to his proposal but soon realizes he knows nothing about Stella....including her stance on Star Wars. Lily helps Barney with his crush on Robin. Steve and Jen use their anniversary as an excuse for why they've been late getting podcasts out.

It takes hospitalization and near death experiences of both Ted and Barney for their rift to heal. Ted acts like a bit of an ass again towards Stella but pops the question in the end. Another classic battle between Marshall and Robin over philosophical quandaries.

In one of the most brilliant HIMYM episodes, Lily has to sell her stuff, no, not that stuff....but tries to sell her paintings instead. Ted tries Pulling Them Off, you know what we're talking about.

Barney, freshly cut off from Ted seeks a new Bro and takes on Randy (Will Forte) as said bro/project. Ted tries to temper Stella's expectations for sex when he finds out it's been 5 years since her last experience. Jen gets to eat her potato skins.

Ted, Barney and Robin deal with the aftermath of her sleeping with Barney. We get a SkyMall commercial. There's a distracting story involving a goat.

Everybody plays the role of Marshall after Artillery Arthur screams at him. Ted inexplicably buys a car, but it's worth if for the "Robin's giant ice cream cone scene". Jen fails badly at a HIMYM/SNL challenge.

The Slapsgiving countdown ticks to zero; Robin's slightly older boyfriend looks 70 to Ted; Steve and Jen are starting to get more mail!

Ted can't see his new girlfriend's annoying trait, until he does. The gang forms a circular firing squad to point out each other's annoying habits. Marshall passes the bar and yells at his grandmother.

In a brilliantly structured episode, Marshall and Lily go through a rollercoaster decision making process in buying a condo. The Mosby Boys crack a really big case and the narrator has never been put to better use than with his interjections in this episode.

Ted meets Porno Ted Mosby, sex architect. Lily's stylish but shameful secret is exposed. Marshall gets seduced by the dark side of the legal world.

We get to meet Blah Blah and enjoy her one-sided rivalry with Robin. Many flashbacks including Ted, Marshall and Lily the college years. How did everyone meet?
