Sometimes life feels busy. But why are we busy?? Are we seeking approval and recognition from others - or maybe even from God??? Why is this - and have we maybe got our motives and intentions upside down?

Jesus says that he has come to give us an abundant life (John 10:10), and yet he also was very clear that there was a significant cost to being his disciple. What does it mean to carry our cross and follow Jesus, and can it really bring us happiness?
