Today I wanted to share something with you that I have noticed about myself. In the past, I used to ask my extremely positive husband and father to “tone it down” with their positivity. I would question why they were so happy and why they intentionally chose joy everyday. I did not understand how anyone could live in such a high vibration simply by being alive. I later realized that by questionin...

Highly Sensitive People with Patricia Young 21.01.2020 1:01:34
Is being sensitive a bad thing? From an early age we are told to “suck it up” and to “stop crying” and are not given permission to lean into the natural emotions that we feel. As a result, when we are adults we often see being “sensitive” as a negative thing without seeing it as the GIFT it really is. This week I had the honor of connecting with therapist and coach for Highly Sensitive People, Pat...

Often we do what we feel like we “should do” instead of leaning into what feels truly right for us.
