HOOU
Die [Hamburg Open Online University (HOOU)](http://www.hoou.de) steht für die Idee eines hochschulübergreifenden Online-Lernangebots mit akademischem Anspruch für Menschen mit Interesse an akademischer Bildung. Es sollen Lernszenarien ermöglicht werden, in denen neben den eigentlichen Inhalten die Lernenden selbst im Mittelpunkt stehen. Es ist geplant, konsequent freie Lernressourcen (Open Educational Resources, OER) bereit zu stellen und diese in sinnvolle didaktische Konzepte für das gemeinsame Online-Lernen und Blended Learning einzubetten.
