We desire to be  a community of communion with God in a culture of distraction and escapism, through the practice of  Prayer .   This week is our 4th and final week in this short series about what it looks like for us to grow deeper into the practice of prayer – ending this week with our desire for  Being With God.

In a culture of distraction, we’re learning to become a people of deep communion with God through prayer. This week, Pastor Tina guides us in responding to Jesus’ invitation to “learn to pray” by practicing listening. Explore rhythms of guided prayer, gratitude, and intercession as pathways to hear God’s voice.

This week Pastor Tina walks us into what I think may be the most wrongly understood fruit (if that’s a word?!).  Most of us place gentleness in a category with a word like ‘weak’ or ‘soft’ or ‘fragile’. But this week we get to be reminded that it is really about ‘kingdom power’ coming under the control of our King.

This week Pastor Keith shares that as we let our hearts declare ‘ Great is Thy Faithfulness’, we allow our own hearts to cry out –  Holy Spirit, grow in me this fruit of faithfulness.
