Ever see a friendship end because one person dared to speak their honest opinion about something? Dai & Li feel like it happens so much in female friendships and that a differing in opinion is made out to be a mountain when it is really a molehill. Can us ladies find a way to stop this dynamic or are we doomed to keep it going? 

Ever feel in your gut that your friend is gatekeeping when you would think they are open to bigging you up?! Instances where you hope that they would mention your name in a room but there is a chance that they will not... The girls talk about the weirdness that sometimes shows up in a friendship and some ways to get through it. 

Who said it was a good idea to remake House Party, Coming To America, or the Fresh Prince of Bel Air?! We wish this trend would end because the remakes rarely live up to the originals. Dai and Li unpack why we think this is happening, what it says about us millennials, and if we see hope for a more creative future!

Social media is a powerful tool that can help to keep people connected, start careers and build brands but it can also distort reality. Dai and Li discuss the ways in which social media can often leave one feeling as if you're not "doing enough" and they provide helpful ways to disconnect when you are feeling internet fatigue.

It is time to call a meeting about the rules friends impose on each other that we have realized are borderline ridiculous! Who made these rules and why do we just follow them no questions asked? Dai and Li are calling some friendship toxicity out tuhday! We have no problem with rules, they should just serve both people in the friendship and not only one...

Dai has recently doubled down on her opinion that Li is a male identified female. Li is having a hard time because she self identifies as always rooting for the ladies so why is that not coming across?! This episode takes some time to dissect why Dai has come to this conclusion and if Li can mentally be ok with possibly being male identified.

Now hear us out! Black excellence is lit and we love our black businesses! Sometimes, though, it can feel like you are more annoyed leaving then when you went to patronize the business in the first place. We are taking some time to unpack that and why it seems to happen in our community. Maybe you have experienced this sentiment too. We just want to support in peace!

Dai and Li are both eldest daughters in their family broods! And, through time, have realized that they are obsessed with making sure they make responsible decisions. That is not how they want it to be necessarily, it is just how it is!
