It's Christmas in July!  And although you deserve the world, we're giving you kind of a lame gift - it's a totally "meh" movie about amnesia and then pretty much exactly the plot you're imagining.  But we're in rare form other than about 5 dog barking interruptions that I have awkwardly edited out.  On the bright side, we didn't get attacked by criminals so...

Another bonus episode!  This time Ted Cooper (not his real name) is back for another romp in which his optimism is unbounded.  It would be annoying in a lesser man but somehow he makes it work.  Also there's a lovely female lead that Holly somehow forgot about.

Welcome to our first random bonus episode of Season 5 in which we discuss the spicy (for Hallmark) Adventures in Love and Birding.  For those of you with delicate sensibilities you should know as a trigger warning that THEY KISS THREE TIMES in this movie.  Also he takes his shirt off.  We're swooning.

Buckle up, listeners, we're about to review A Make or Break Christmas.  Trigger warning - this is a pretty illicit Hallmark and Bauble has a lot of thoughts about the fact they kiss in the first 5 minutes.  Gasp!

In which nearly a month after December 25th we review Single on the 25th and Holly has a good old fashioned rant.

Welcome to 2026 and welcome to the Catnip Cafe where you can celebrate the holidays by wearing PJs and reading to a cat.  Sounds like heaven to Holly!

Holly and Bauble are both a bit befuddled by how to think about She's Making a List which is charming but not the typical Hallmark formula.  Also, we have an existential discussion about Santa that you're not going to want to miss.  

Merry Christmas!  Only 5 seasons in and it occurred to us that perhaps we should do a Christmas episode so here we go.  We're bringing you Christmas Up in the Clouds aka Christmas Carol but in a plane, and of course sending you our very best holiday wishes!

In which we review Christmas by Starlight, or whatever the heck Bauble thinks it's called, and even Holly knows what other movie this one is an homage to.

In this episode we realize exactly how little Holly knows about football (or words) but also she manages to be right a few times which is pretty exciting, at least to her.  Also, we review The More the Merrier.

Brace yourself for being on the edge of your seat during this Hallmark mystery, since at least one of us thinks it's stressful not knowing who pulled off the art heist (don't worry, we'll clue you in).  Another strong Hallmark movie and we'll leave it up to you to decide about the episode....

Forgive us if we're peaking too early (and also giving too many spoilers) but Ted Cooper might be the hit of this year's Hallmark lineup and if you can believe it we both agree on that even though as often happens Holly didn't entirely follow the plot.  Join us for a discussion of a real charmer as the hits keep on coming in Season 5.

The hits keep coming!  The final installment of the Three Wise Men trilogy just dropped and it's all we had hoped for.  Well, it's almost all we had hoped for.  You'll have to listen to find out the enormous omission we're both very sad about.

What???  Hallmark dropped a new movie this year that has the princess of Zelarnia visiting a dude ranch in Montana?  Christmas came early this year!  We can't wait to talk about A Royal Montana Christmas and welcome you to Season 5!

If you're looking for snark we may fail you this week as we review the absurdly charming reality show Christmas at Sea.  What?  Hallmark does a reality show and it's not utterly ridiculous?  Somehow yes, or we've just lost our snarky mojo.  We'll let you be the judge.

After an amazing save by our tech team (Holly's husband), we managed to actually get this recording posted.  This week we're heading to Belgium and reviewing The Perfect Setting, in which you'll hear our opinions on quintessential Belgian things like diamonds and cranky bankers. 

This is as close as we're going to get to a Valentine's Day special.  In this episode we review Polar Opposites in which we learn a lot about penguins and how to find a penguin of one's own.  Which is more romantic than you would think.

Top of the morning, or some other appropriately stereotypical Irish greeting.  This week we bring you the delights of Ireland in the most Irish of Irish Hallmarks, As Luck Would Have It.  We also mention in passing some other gems ('Tis the Season to Be Irish, which is great) and Love of the Irish (more of a cubic zirconia than a diamond) and give you the ultimate travel guide to Ireland.

Well, it had to happen.  They can't all be hits.  This certainly isn't.  I'm talking about the movie, of course - as usual our podcast is tip top.  This episode we bring you Private Princess Christmas and here's hoping 2025 gets better from here!
