Luke 6:6-11 - We are challenged to have soft hearts that respond and help the people God puts into our world. We were created to help those that we can help.

Mark 2:1-12 - We are reminded that our sin has to be dealt with before God. Our focus should then turn to making sure our actions back up our words. The world needs to see Christ in our actions as we come alongside and help one another.

Mark 1:40-45 - We are challenged to make sure we have dealt honestly with the leprosy of our soul. We must be assure that our sins are cleansed by the blood of Christ. We need to be people of compassion and be obedient to the ways that god leads and directs us each day.

Galatians 6 1-5 / 1 Peter 5:7 - We are encouraged to be known as a people who share our burdens with one another. It is my desire that as a church we would learn to live in such a way that the world sees us carrying for one another and that we do not go through things alone.

Luke 5:1-11 - We are challenged top remember that God desires obedience and trust. We cannot live the Christian life as a solo journey. God knows what we are going through and He cares about us.

Mark 1:29-34 - We are challenged to remember that our role is to spend time with the Father. We are to be serving and interceding on behalf of others. We need to allow God to use us to meet the needs of those around us.

John 10:1-22 - Jesus as the Door and the Good Shepherd. John reminds us that Jesus is the only way to God. He is also the Good Shepherd to those who have trusted Him as their savior. He cares and loves His sheep and provides the best life possible if they will listen to His voice.

Mark 1:21-28 - We are challenged to remember that god is the ultimate power and authority. The fact that he allows us the choice to respond carries a tremendous responsibility. We need to remember that we have a responsibility to walk in obedience to God's commands.

John 5:1-18 We each need to realize that God is God and He can do whatever He pleases. We have to stop trying to do things "our way" and focus on His words. He requires obedience. We take encouragement in the fact that God loves to work in situations that seem hopeless.

John-4:43-54 - We learn that time and space are no barrier to God. He restores through His Word and our obedience. We need to have our faith and confidence in His Word and respond properly.

Romans 13:1-7 God has established authority in all of our lives. Some of those authorities are good and some are bad, but all can accomplish God's purpose in our life. We have to respond properly by learning to submit and honor. We keep in proper perspective the things that belong to God and the things that belong to man, but we must respond in the way God commands.

John 2:1-11 - We each need to realize that God can change and transform our lives. We need to be obedient and learn to trust Him. We must learn to allow Him to work out His plan in His time in our lives. We should never forget that the best is yet to come.

God's greatest desire is for His family to grow. It can only grow if it reproduces itself in the lives of others. Be a witness this week and tell others the story of what God has done and is doing in your life. John 17 / Acts 1:8

Luke 8:40-56 - A desperate father. - A reminder that we need to be people who are concerned for our kids. People who have a strong faith, and put their lives in the hand of God everyday.

Acts 2:42 - It is our prayer that every person here moves to the next level this summer. Observer - join the family of God. If been hanging back - this summer learn to share. For those of you who have started to share - partner together with someone. For those of you that have partnerships, make sure they know that you have committed your life to them as well. They can always count on you.

We honored a lady who went on to be with the Lord (Fran Doherty) and a couple who were celebrating 70 years of marriage this week (Vern & Margaret Knudsen)

Hebrews 12:1-3 -God desires that each of us have properly entered the Christian Race. He also desires that you finish strong. We are encouraged you to invest in those running with us until the day that we gather in the stands watching those behind us as they run.

Proverbs 22:28 - Landmarks, stones, and memorials are established so we can remember and honor the past, teach lessons to our kids in the present, and establish traditions for the future. Take some time this week to remember the people in your past who touched your life.

We are challenged to grow in our relationship to God. That will involve allowing Him to speak to you through His word and responding in your actions. Develop your prayer life this week to be more than a list of requests. Make your prayers this week more about God and less about you. 1 Peter 2:1-3 / Luke 11:2-4

God wants you to understand that God cares for you as an Eagle does its young. The things He does for you is for your ultimate good. His desire is for you to learn to soar, not stay in the nest.

1 John 5:10-12 It is the desire of God that you would trust Him for the best way to live life. As a believer please understand that God desires the best for your life this week. In order to experience His best, you have to allow him to have control of your life.

John writes so that we can be assured of our relationship with God. He wants us to realize what God has done in our salvation. He desires for us to have the best life possible. He wants the world to see Christ in all that we say and do this week.

Matthew 27:45 - 28:8 = It is my desire and prayer that everyone understand the significance of the Easter Story. For those of you that prayed with me during this message, please let someone know so they can rejoice and encourage you in the days ahead. For those of you who are believers, the resurrected saints had to tell people about what happened. How about us doing the same thing this week?

John reminds us that we can have confidence in our prayer life. We can come boldly into His presence and ask whatever is important to our hearts and lives. If we are living obediently and according to His will, He hears us and always answers according to His timing and plans.

John wants to move the Christian from doubt to certainty. He gives us the assurance that we can live this day living life to the fullest. We can rest our heads tonight knowing – absent from this life present with God.
