Time for more adventures in Cornwall

The all new episode from the other side of the north sea. It all started back in June 2014 and continues from this point onwards.

Walking from Cheshunt to Hertford East Then getting bumped for a train ticket. The weather was glorious and kind.

Dr Syntaxes head as I have discovered in recent years, is the furthest west you can stand in England. So for the third time this year, I headed west to walk to it. It was a last minute trip and I am grateful for the opportunity to spend so much time visiting my favourite place on Earth. It won't be the last for this year.

Here is the second and last part of the winter Cornish adventure. This section was the most quietest and fun to be fair. I found the beach 'Song of the sea' and little beach with a hole in a huge rock where I fell over. I was rewarded with seeing a Seal floating in the sea and they kept looking at me. I finally managed to make my way back to west Cornwall after an absence of 7 weeks and walk from Penzance to Land's end. The south west coast path was mostly mud at this point and during I had to ask myself if it was wise. I did really enjoy it. I was going to walk the next leg to St Ives, but due to the wind and the rain, I thought better of it. The walk took roughly 7 hours and was about 18...

In preparation for the next episode, I needed to walk some miles. St Albans is a beautiful city, so from my front door, I walked there. Join me as walk along a cold and wet Southend seafront as I just about make the deadline for this week's podcast. The walk was fun and quiet and recorder raised the volume of the traffic but there was hardly anyone around, a real treat. This is my second trip in fours years to Mersea island in Essex, it is roughly 22km all the way round. It took me four hours to complete with only a couple of minor muddy areas and this winter time.
