High Vibes Living with Jennifer

The Identity Wound  -   Who Are You? We are now on the other side of the October 10 New Moon in Libra, and that New Moon brought us directly into one of October's biggest themes: choice . October is not a month for standing still, even with all of the outer planets retrograde, Venus retro now, and Mercury going retro soon. It may feel that way sometimes because we are being asked to...

October means cooler weather, the start of the holiday season, and the last part of the year. It is a 10 month in a 1 year so we have an 11 vibe this month, which always brings a special energy. 11 is the number of spiritual initiation, the beginning of a spiritual journey but this is not a re-start of everything we have done before . We are not erasing everything that has happened and starting at...

We often think manifestation begins with intention, desire, or vision. Those are important parts of the process, but manifestation also requires movement. An idea remains an idea until we give it direction, energy, structure, and a place to become real, and part of our reality . And manifestation is a process of turning energy into reality. This is energetic manipulation – ‘mani’ means hands – in...

With September’s 1 energy of fresh starts and new beginnings, the first thing we think about is action. And if your life has experienced delays and setbacks in recent months or years, you’re probably ready for movement now. You may have been abandoned or rejected by people over the past decade or longer, and now you are ready to be in control again, to feel like you do not have to react to what ot...

starts and beginnings. Before you get too excited, remember that beginnings require endings. Those endings may have already happened – we have had a lot of endings in the past 6 years – or they may be coming up. When you set an intention for a beginning, something has to end to create the energetic space for it to happen. 10 is both an end and a beginning, it is the 1 of fresh starts and action an...

https://enlighteninglife.com/august-2026-energy-report/ It’s August, the 8th month which means that the year is winding down. By the time August ends it feels like the holidays are just around the corner, then the year is over. I feel like this year has been in a holding pattern. Things are happening, but many things are starting and nothing is completing. I think August will be the turning point...

https://enlighteninglife.com/july-2026-energy-report/ One thing about July – it’s hot here. But I have air conditioning so I’m comfortable even though I do keep mine a little bit higher than most people because I do not like being cold. And hot July is the right foundation for the action of this month. The first thing to notice is that July 2026 has an ‘8’ vibration, the number of balanced manifes...

https://enlighteninglife.com/myth-forgiveness/ In a recent conversation with a friend about my family and why I had to establish no contact with them 18 months ago, she asked ‘Will you ever forgive them?” “Why should I,” I replied, “when their actions just showed me the truth I had been ignoring for years?” “Well, that’s not very spiritual,” she replied. “How is it spiritual to continue to let peo...

https://enlighteninglife.com/june-2026-energy-report/ Some people say that a month with a ‘7’ numerology is a time for introspection and quiet contemplation. I disagree. We had 2 full moons in May that stirred up a lot of energy and expanded May’s Alchemy theme. With a full moon on May 31 just in time for our entry into June, this is a time for action with a specific purpose. June is for acting fr...

https://enlighteninglife.com/may-2026-new-moon-alchemy/ We are at a turning point in our ascension path and it is highlighted by the new moon on May 16. This is not just another new moon it is a call to action, a spiritual graduation, and a point of inflection for us. It asks, ‘Are you ready now?’ and while there is no right answer, how we decide to respond determines our next step. We have exper...

https://enlighteninglife.com/may-2026-energy-report/ May begins with the most powerful full moon of the year and the only one in Scorpio. This is a particularly interesting one for me because, as I shared with you, whenever this particular full moon happens my life changes considerably. It’s exactly square my natal moon and I think that this is something that should be considered in our assessment...

https://enlighteninglife.com/april-2026-energy-report/ This is my birthday month and maybe that is why I have been so distracted in recent weeks. I feel that this birthday is different, special, and brings in some big changes. I do not know what they are yet, but I know they are important. And for you astrology fans – I also have a lunar return on the same day as my solar return. That doesn’t happ...

https://enlighteninglife.com/you-are-perfect/ I hear people saying ‘I am not perfect’ and ‘no one is perfect’ all of the time and it is irritating because it is not true. Everyone is perfect – all the time. No matter who they are or where they are in their life. The word perfect has been given a context that is not aligned with its original meaning and when you understand the true meaning of ‘perf...

https://enlighteninglife.com/march-2026-energy-report/ ‎ March is the only month whose name is an action word. It is also the natural start of the new year, which begins on the spring equinox, March 20 this year. That is the day when the Sun reaches the Zero Point, at 0 Aries. And what is happening at the point right now? Yes we have Neptune there and we did have Saturn there too just recently . A...

https://enlighteninglife.com/greed-grift-graft-spiritual-industry/ We are watching, in real time, the collapse of the guru era — the for-profit spiritual industry built on glamour, paid access, and manufactured enlightenment. This is not only about Deepak Chopra’s infamous relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, although that plays a part. For nearly two decades I’ve witnessed people pour their faith,...

https://enlighteninglife.com/february-2026-energy-report/ What do you think is possible when a month starts with every personal planet in Aquarius and a full moon in Leo, and those aspects have only happened 3 times in 2500 years -- 85, 1300, and 1772, (since 500 BC which is when recorded astrology began)? And that is not all. We have Saturn entering Aries for the first time since 1996, a Saturn/N...

https://enlighteninglife.com/january-2025-energy-report/ Happy New Year! What a big shift moving into 2026 has been. It was a little hard for me to adjust to this lighter, more powerful energy. Was it for you too? I usually have the January Energy Report and the new year predictions ready to post on January 1 but not this year. I am finally re-grounding from celebration mode because I am so reliev...

https://enlighteninglif.samcart.com/products/gps-2026-program It’s officially the end of 2025 and while you may be glad to see this year end, don’t spend too much time dwelling on what happened in the past because what you must do now is focus forward in the present. If 2025 was a year of clarity, disclosure, uncomfortable truths, and uncertainty in the face of assumed paradigms being disrupted be...

It’s here, the end of the year and it is more than just a date. In December we complete several important energy cycles and prepare for new adventures in 2026. We now have Saturn and Neptune direct in Pisces, completing their rare and powerful transit. Neptune has been in Pisces since 2011, carefully holding space for our spiritual growth as we went through the tumultuous aspects of 2012 and then...

https://enlighteninglife.com/november-2025-energy-report/ This year has been a struggle for me and I know for many of you. For me it was the first year in 7 years that I have not been in constant, horrible pain. That finally ended in December 2024 but getting back to a normal daily routine has been a struggle. I was dealing with the pain for so long that my normal routine had to be abandoned for w...

https://enlighteninglife.com/toxic-family-new-energy-community/ For 15 years I have been talking about how we are creating space for our energetic family and we have been seeing examples of that happening. Whether it has fully happened for you yet, is just a matter of time. Like a slowly approaching tide, the truth that we have been trying our best to avoid is here. For decades and lifetimes we ha...

https://enlighteninglife.com/octobe-2025-energy-report/ The first thing I noticed about October is the double 10 energy. October is the 10th month and October 2025 is a 10 (10 + 2025 = 10). Remember in numerology you break numbers down to single digits between 1 and 9. After the double 9 of September, which created completion, closure, and release, October’s 10 energy means action, movement, and r...

https://enlighteninglife.com/disappoint-inconvenience2/ When talking to clients who are preparing to make big life changes, especially those who are kind hearted, gentle, forgiving, and compassionate empaths (which includes many of you), they will inevitably say that they don't want to disappoint someone in their life, who may not like or appreciate the changes they are considering. It can be disa...

https://enlighteninglife.com/september-2025-energy-report/ Some months carry such a big energy signature that they announce their arrival days or weeks before they begin. I have been feeling the shift in energy as September approaches for the past two weeks. It’s the reason I moved all of the furniture in my office around, move the supplies and fulfillment for my Peau D’Ange Skin Care to a bigger...

https://enlighteninglife.com/turning-point-karma-showdown/ Another week begins and another energy cycle too. If you remember back in 2003 when I started this journey with many of you, energy cycles seemed to happen much more slowly and last a lot longer. Weeks and months would be part of a single energy cycle – and the accompanying fatigue, anxiety, and other physical and emotional issues. Now the...
