in this episode we discuss the beginning of the process to start removing toxic people from our daily lives. Maintaining any positivity is hard enough. Continuing to drain energy on toxic people doesn't make sense.

We're back! We need to get back to this weekly team huddle we call marriage. The children are starting to resist. We need to refortify and be consistent to keep our structures standing. Must also remember, defiance is a healthy thing :-)

The girls went on a trip out of town and the boys hung out and had some great discussions while they were away. Jenna and I share the events of the last week for the first time during the recording.
