I saw a gorgeous mural pop up one day on Ashbury Street, and simply had to connect with the artist behind these captivating birds (You'll see 'em in the video! Just days before Dead & Co played Golden Gate Park in August 2025, I had the incredible honor and joy of talking to Mickey on the telephone for spell. What a lovely soul. We talk about what being with the Grateful Dead all these years has been like, his art exhibit at the Haight Street Art Center last Fall, and much more!

We got to know Elisabeth Fall in 2021 when she wandered into Gallery 1506 on Haight Street, and we started chatting. Elisabeth is a fabulous photographer and an epic Mama. Her daughter Sonia is a powerhouse as well. We had a lovely hang with these two incredible women.
