27. Cake 27.08.2024 6:33
These last 5 guided meditations in this series are inspired by Charlie Mackesy’s book, The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse. The book came out in October 2019 and was gifted to me soon after. When the pandemic hit in March 2020 I began offering guided meditations on zoom for my community and anybody who wanted to jump in. Charlie Mackey‘s book became the source of many incredible meditations....

12. Come with me to my practice 12.08.2024 5:42
The very raw version of my practice, plus some insights I haven’t offered yet, but will be coming when these 30 days of short guided meditations are completed. Volume may need to be all the way up.
8. When the going gets tough 08.08.2024 7:25
A meditation for and with a client at the end of her training session, where the true effects of wellness are experienced in the merging of physical strength with mental clarity and inner awareness.
7. The singing bowl (rough :( but somehow lovely 07.08.2024 6:31
I added a singing bowl, which is a beautiful tool for mediation, but can sound scratchy while it’s also releasing a rising vibrational sound energy. When it starts to “sing” there is nothing like it, but like all good things (think of the lotus) it often comes out of dark places. Forgive my raw practice and enjoy the possibilities with me, even of your own potential singing bowl practice.
